We recently visited Sunshine Villa with our friends, and I must say, it's one of the best villas I've ever been to! The interiors are stunning, offering a perfect blend of elegance and aesthetic charm. This 4BHK villa is incredibly spacious and comes with fantastic amenities like a swimming pool,carrom, and a really good Home Theatre for spending quality time with loved ones. We enjoyed delicious homemade veg and non-veg meals, and the taste was absolutely delightful. This Villa had Balcony attached with each room. Sunshine Villa is an ideal getaway to visit with friends and family!

We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but this villa completely ruined our trip. No functioning AC in the heat, unhygienic rooms, a dirty pool we couldn't swim in, and frequent power outages. No one was available to help with anything. Avoid this place!

Unfortunately, our stay was far from satisfactory. The villa lacked basic amenities such as functioning air conditioning and a clean environment. The swimming pool was not maintained, and no caretaker was available during our stay. Additionally, the electricity supply was inconsistent, which added to the discomfort. This property does not meet the standard one would expect for the price.

One of the best villa to stay in igatpuri.we recently visited villa with my husband and must say, it's best villa! please visit the villa.good room,swimming pool was well clean. Terrible experience. The air conditioning didn't work, the place was filthy, the pool was unusable, and there was no caretaker on site. On top of that, the electricity kept cutting off. Definitely not worth the money.

Nice place for a weekend trip with family. Location is besides highway & convenient. Villa was good with 4 bedrooms and pool & all required amenities. Mr.Nitin is well spoken and well coordinated our stay. Food quality & quantity was excellent. Overall experience was nice will definitely recommend to others.

Nice place for big groups. Rainy season is apt to visit this place as you can witness pure nature. They provide home cooked food facilities, we tried Mutton, Chicken, Bhakri n Indrayni rice which was very tasty. Pool is cleaned but little deep so if you have children please carry floats and be careful. MR.Akash was very helpful and guided us properly. Good electricity backup. Bunglow and washroom was clean. 1 thing need to fix is, please provide clean pillow and bedsheets. Rest all good.
