Signum Resort Igatpuri

The ambience and the property is excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Mallika Singh was available whenever required . As well as Signum resort service was very quick,menu should have been a little elaborate and rooms need to be little more maintained. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay

I recently stayed at Signum Resort Igatpuri and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. The hospitality was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was warm and welcoming. It is not at all a resort as they don't even provide basic amenities/toiletries within washrooms, water within rooms. Rooms are like lodge rooms with not much of cleanliness.food is ok ok. Overall too pricey compared to facilities they provide. Service not at all good, we reached there 3 hours late, meanwhile they called us 4 times as their half payment was pending or rather if we're not coming they can allocate the room to someone else. As even after reaching 3 hours late the room was not ready, they started cleaning it after we reached and still didn't do the bedding completely and said they'll come back in half hour. Though no body came and then we had to call them at night when we came back to room to do the bedding. Amenities are also average. Location is good but from resort there's no good view from anywhere.

Gaurav, in particular, stood out with his polite demeanor and unwavering support, always ready to assist us with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious. Overall, Signum Resort Igatpuri provided us with a memorable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

This is a very poorly managed hotel. They have ample space but badly behaviour staff from boys to managers and rooms have poorly working gadgets. When we reached there with a signum hotel reservation(both rainforest n this hotel are in same space), they told us signum is closed and signum guests r managed by us. Then after sometime he said we don't actually manage for signum and give them rooms. So they were talking both ways. We reached there at 6 pm with my 75yr old father. And we got a working room not the kind we had booked in first place ( 2 beds in same room) at about 8pm. Because whichever rooms were empty, we saw 10-20 of them , all had a vent broken or no cooling but just ac switched on namesake or fridge not working or balcony door broken or not closing(and with door knob broken and some rope hanging from top) so we felt very unsafe. We had booked for two double beds in one room , a family suite. They wanted us to stay in one bed and said would arrange for mattress, only floor. Was not ready for even cot when we asked. We denied and finally got two rooms. Had inconvenience but had to stay as it was night by the time we reached and finished talking. The managers there - one aged and one bald guy at desk and one other in uniform were uncourteous to not even settle things fast after looking at that it was not our fault. They didn't bother to even let my aged father sit in room till we settle about rooms. The cordinator of signum sits in Delhi, who has no clue how is the property and whether hotel is working or not. Mr. Pushpadant. When I first booked online and called at hotel number, the person was rude in answering that when u have booked online, y u need confirmation. This he spoke even when he knew hotel is closed. Still he didn't say u will have to stay at rainforest. They call themselves sister concern. But in actual they behave like sisters who don't get along. Coz they were very rude with us. We got cordinators number after booking online, in our reservation slip. He tried telling the reception person to let us pay for one day and to give us cot. He told us he would talk to Priti (staff) and do something. But the bald guy at desk said pay in full for three nights, then only would give room. I think he was faking too and had no intention to help. We kept Changing room till 12am as a or balcony kept giving us issue. Wasted an evening of our vacation. And I saw many people at reception complaining for similar concerns. No coldwater, ac, wifi n other basic necessities. I have never in my life seen such a badly managed hotel. The owners or top managers are lazy to not even bother what's going on here. And the people below them from hotel managers to desk guys to boys, as u go down get even more rude n rude. If I can save even 10 people's vacation, this review will b worth it.

Went there with lot of expectations. Totally disappointed. Will not consider or recommend this place to anyone. The "resort" is within the rainforest resort. The guest generally come here in bulk I.e weddings, corporate etc. This has its own nuisance value. Room was not maintained well or cleaned well. Basically it was DIRTY. The bedding were DIRTY AND SMELLING. There is no ala carte service and have to depend on the buffet which is not of great quality. Since the location is in the interior, it is not safe to go out at night hence you are stuck within the resort. The staff try hard to provide service but have no clue on what needs to be done. Overall it was a waste of money and time.

Being members of country club v had selected this location for weekend. When v visited it was informed to us bcoz of shortage of water and electricity we have to stay in rain forest resort. Location was very far from igatpuri station n very remote. V stayed for 2days but next day no room service. Food was ok but alacart menu was over price which forced us to buy there buffet. Friday crowd was ok but on Saturday it was over crowded which management was not able to control.
