Nice ambience also the rooms are very clean and location is awesome. Manager Tushar Khatale is very polite and humble person also quick in response. Food provider miss Swati korade provide us good testy food. Mr. Roy manage all th process very professionally. Good team work.

The play is great and service is also very nice. The care taker Tushar is also very helpful. Few things can be improved like wifi can be added and shared pool is quite small

We stayed at Royal Meadows for 2 days with our family which also includes our furry baby. Had a lovely and peaceful time at this pet friendly villa surrounded by nature. Would recommend this place for all pet owners

The room is fantastic but the basic amenities are lacking like water, wifi, shed over pool etc. but I really appreciate the owner talking to us and took the review clarifying most of the suggestions were already communicated before booking leaving us at the spot. A great place to be with family, for friends keep your necessities along with you.

I stayed here from 14th to 16th Feb 2025, villa was well maintained , however few thing I didn't like is owner Mr. Roy was not ready to handover villa keys after we checked in, every time when we come from outside we had to call caretaker and he used to open the villa door. After fighting with owner he handed over keys in 2nd day, When we checked in tv was not recharged, kettle was not available and had to fought for small small things which ruined our vacation. Due to this type of experience I wanted to checkout in 1 day but Owner took 10k advance for 3 days of booking and was not ready to refund , Whoever is planning to stay here I would suggest not to pay advance deposit more than 5k or one day rent, so that you can leave if you didn't like and also don't pay full amount in advance. ---------Response to Owners comment on 21st Feb2025------------------ I am posting this response because Mr.Roy is not ready to accept his mistakes and like to argue instead of apologies for the problems we faced as customer, seems he is person who never accepts his mistakes and don't know how to run hospitality business. I am from Lohegoan, pune which comes under Pune Municiple Corporation area, not sure on what basis you are calling Pune as rural place :). Key issue -> I was requesting for keys more than 24hrs after my check in to caretaker, despite of multiple requests after talking to you your caretaker handed over me wrong keys. When I called you, you didn't received so I called your caretaker and literally shouted on him then he gave me correct keys around 10 PM IST on 2nd day i.e 15th Feb and you call this as concierge service. TV recharge and Kettle Issue -> Kettle was provided after 15 to 20 mins and Tv recharged after 3-4 hrs (around 8:30 PM IST on 14th Feb) of our check in and you are saying that you have done this in 5 mins. My question is why these promised things were not in place before check in time and why customer has to ask , don't you think that this is your mistake ? TOPNOTCH Services -> a. see the condition of your swimming pool, i didn't dare to go inside your swimming pool. My society swimming pool is much more cleaner than your villa swimming pool though I am staying in rural place :). b. your villa terrace door was broken, your caretaker himself struggled to close it and we didn't touched it later. c. one of the chair of dinning table was broken. ID Card of elderly person -> I stayed with 5 of my family members (4 adults and 1 kid) and Out of 4 adults I had provided 3 members Aadhaar cards which I was having with me at that time. So far wherever I checked in I only gave my own adhaar card, however this person needs adhaar cards of each and every person staying in villa. I don't have any issues providing but same should have been mentioned in the rules so I would have carried all adhaar cards with me. Attachd photo of rules shared with me. FREE STAY - while negotiating the rates, you provided 1 FREE night offer. Attached screenshot of offer. As customer its my right to negotiate and want to make it clear that this offer was offered to me prior booking itself so don't call it complimentary service, you might be running this offer due to less booking or off season. 2BHK to 3BHK upgrd -> while booking I did some research and found that you are offering 2 bhk and 3 bhk in same rates on makemytrip and after talking to you, you offered me the same before BOOKING itself. is it like when customers avails your offers, you will treat them differently ? Important Point and Request -> After paying 16k for 3 days of stay, I have not received GST bill from Mr. Roy and I request you to provide the same at earliest as need for my tax filling. Hope you are paying tax to government and its every business owners responsibility to provide GST invoice to his customers. Hope you change your attitude, learn to accept your mistakes and improve. This is very much required in hospitality/service industry to provide good service to customers.

My entire family loved the location, the property, the food and the facilities here. Support staff Mr Tushar & Super Chef Ms Swati did an excellent job. I will surely recommend this property to everyone for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Be honest its a very very nice experience with royal meadows in igatpuri near from igatpuri station and highway Best service best villa and food also Thank you to Tushar, Swati and specially thank you to Roy owner of this villa We will come again. Highly recommend

Very nice stay. Premium luxury flats. Service was very good and prompt. The caretaker Tushar was very helpful and provided quick and nice service. Overall very good experience.
