Heartfelt Gratitude for Honest and Kind Service During a recent trip to Raigarh Fort, we stopped at Sai Plaza Hotel in Igatpuri for lunch. In the midst of travel, I accidentally left behind my handbag containing several valuables. I only realized it four hours later and was extremely anxious. I immediately called the hotel, and to my immense relief, the staff confirmed they had found the bag and even showed it to me over a video call. The next day, I returned to collect it -- every single item, including all valuables and cash, was untouched and safely returned. What touched me the most was their honesty and kindness. Despite my offer, they graciously refused any monetary reward. Such integrity and genuine hospitality are rare to find. I wholeheartedly thank the team at Sai Plaza Hotel for their exemplary behavior. Highly recommended for their food and their values!

Good place to stop by while going to bhandardara or Nashik. Good food fast service and they also serve alcohol at reasonable rates. Biggest advantage for Ev car owners is their ev charging point of charge zone. This is a well situated restaurant with clean toilets. They also have a good pan shop and ample parking.

Horrible service. 0/10. The waiter made us wait for 10mins before he took the order. After that the food took another 1/2 hour to come with the wrong items. We ordered channa koliwada and he got chicken koliwada. Yes genuine mistake. But after 1/2hr??? Dude we were starving and the waiter didnt even serve us water until asked after 1/2hr. No cutlery, no water, no fan in the summer heat!!! The paneer makhanwalla was not at all paneer makhnwalla... it tasted like the nonveg gravy we were served. Over all a horrible experience. If you have 2 hours then stop here to just be disappointed.

Rooms I am not aware about. Food is good but the dining area is the problem. Because there is no family section and smokers smoke in the general dining area.

Nice place . The rooms are renovated plus the swimming pool is huge and clean . Food was delicious . We had an Ev car and we got a fast car charger at the property so hustle free . Good drinks options as well . Mr Bhagde the manager is one of the most genuine people you will come across

Worst food quality.... Same gravy in all items.. advise to change chef.

Top notch rooms beautiful ambiance had fun in swiming pool with taste food specially shev bhaji and butter chapati safe for family

Amazing service very helpful and kind people also there is an EV charger which was a saviour for us. Cheers....
