Hotel Narmada

I stayed at Hotel Narmada for one night. The rooms are affordable (1200) and offer decent value for the price. The food tasted good, which was a plus. Areas for improvement: Service needs attention. There was only one person managing all the guests, and I had to collect the room keys myself and check the room twice. Room service was unavailable, and I had to go downstairs to pick up the food, which was inconvenient. Bedsheets and pillows weren't clean, and I had to request a change. Hygiene standards need improvement. With better service and a focus on cleanliness, the hotel could justify charging a bit more for a more pleasant experience.

One of the best local food I had here. On my way Shirdi stopped here and very reluctantly ordered food. But we were presently surprised by the taste of food and ordered more. Do make a pit stop here.

Had tea with biscuits.. last hotel before starting Samruddhi Mahamarga... There are no hotels on Samruddhi Mahamarga...

We had our dinner there. It was.good. yummy

We have tried Misal over here. It served with curd and Papad. The taste was satisfactory. No harm to tri out once incase no option is available at Igatpuri.

Really bad experience, first of all they claim it's a 3 star hotel,which it's definitely not. Rooms are ok, but the service is horrible, toilet seat was broken, flush was not working, hot water was not available, water overlflew in room from bathroom after bathing. And they claim their restaurant is famous for seafood, we ordered tawa fry pomfret,it smelled like they caught it fresh from sewers. Rotten food, even the rice was undercooked. Would not recommend anyone to stay or dine here.

The hotel starts a bit late, mostly after 11 am, when the staff arrives. We reached around 10 am and they had just wrapped up cleaning. There was a sudden surge of customers and they were not able to properly manage due to staff shortage. Probably, due to this they made silly mistakes in food like no/very low salt in foods, no sugar in coffee, etc. My family had breakfast here. Tea was good. Breakfast was average. Hence the rating.

The food is nice and can be considered a quick stop for your Travel from Mumbai Towards Nasik. The location is right on the Highway in Igatpuri. The prices are very reasonable. They have got an EV Charging Station also.
