H2O Serene

Rooms were totally unclean and unhygienic with ample of insects and cockroaches. Management staff was rude and kept coming and going again and again. At end we were late by few minutes they deliberately turned off light from main switch. There is nothing good about this place, I would not recommend anyone for this and do not go with children as place is unhygienic.

Great stay! The villa was clean, and well-located near key attractions. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Would definitely stay here again!

We just spent the weekend at the H2O Serene Villa. Ultra Amazing Location and view. 10 out of 5 Stars for the Location and view The property is easily accessible from main road. We had booked a 5BHK Villa, but we weren't informed at all that it is a 5BHK flat, as the property was divided among two groups, so we were stuck on the 1st floor within our area. There was no clothes Stand or a place to dry our used towels or other clothes. The Showers didn't have good force to have bath in any of the 5 bathrooms. The jet spray in toilet were not functioning properly. They need to make a shade on one side of the pool, so guests can sit out in rain and enjoy the view without getting wet. We ordered food from O2 Kitchen. The food quality and taste was good and hygienic. But delivery time was a concern, as they didn't want to employee more staff even during peak season and tried to manage with hand full staff which always delayed our meals. The care Taker was helpful. THE Facilities can be improved to match with the Location and the View.

Excellent service. Yummiest food. And wow view. Celebrated my birthday w my friends and everything was perfect. Starting the trip from lunch to next day's breakfast. Everything was superb. They did amazing decor as well. I had best birthday so far. Thank you h20 for hosting us. Couldn't have asked for much better than this

Wholeheartedly Recommend this Villa to anyone going for Staycation with Family or friends.its the experience of tranquility amidst nature. All the services were excellent.

Great experience with H2O villa Neat and clean villa Rooms are Spacious swimming pool maintained With great valley view but caretaker should Change his attitude towards guests and should be polite anyways it is good stay if you r planing with family and friends.

The villa is good and spacious with 5BHK. The pool is also nicely maintained and overall good space. The rooms can be maintained better as the doors and bathroom fittings in some rooms are okay. The villas has a stove and some basic utensils too but one can bring own for better experience. The on site staff cleans the utensils and available for cleaning the house any time. The food available at the place is not upto the mark and one can order from Greenland, Spicedella and other restaurants in the region. It has a breathtaking view.
