Amazing place for family and friends... View in awesome.. Rooms are very spacious and clean.. the caretaker and staff very helpful... We took the food package and it was totally worth it... Homecooked super tasty food.. thank you H2O

We had a mixed experience during our stay here. On the positive side, the villa itself was absolutely stunning, spacious and amazing views. However, our experience was hampered by the behavior of the caretaker. While we understand the importance of maintenance and preparation for the next guests, we were taken aback by the caretaker's complete disregard for our personal space. They would randomly enter the villa without knocking or announcing themselves, which made us feel uncomfortable. Also, there were women in our group, and it was extremely unsettling to have men entering the villa unannounced. This lack of respect for our privacy and personal boundaries was unacceptable. Furthermore, they began cleaning the property and following up with us to check if we were ready to leave before the designated check-out time. This created a sense of pressure and rush. To make matters worse, the caretaker's demeanor was quite aggressive and unprofessional (vasooli bhai to be precise). While the villa itself was lovely, the caretaker's behavior left a sour taste in our mouths. We hope the management takes steps to address this issue, provides better training to their staff, and ensures that guests' privacy and personal boundaries are respected. Overall, we would recommend this villa for its beautiful amenities, but with the caveat that guests should be prepared for an overzealous caretaker and take necessary precautions to secure their privacy.

1. The property is in a deplorable and unsanitary condition, infested with numerous small cockroaches. Additionally, the caretaker displayed unprofessional behavior by entering the premises without prior notice or consent, which is particularly concerning given that our group included female guests. The presence of small cockroaches and frogs was evident both inside and outside the villa. A small baby was constantly surrounded by insects, posing health risks to guests and their families. The shower facilities were malfunctioning, and towels were not provided in a timely manner, despite expectations for us to vacate the property promptly. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was non-functional until 9 PM, creating significant inconvenience for those needing to work. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this villa for your friends or family.

Today I visited here ambience, environment and the feel of coming to mountain is so satisfying...From care taker to the villa everything made us feel welcomed and as a home... Please do take food from the care taker (Vijay Dada). He is so sweet and kind to nature and will never make you feel you are away from home..Also the owner is kind and friendly in nature

3 star only because of the scam that happened in the end. Rooms Spacious and Villa Pool were quite big. Enjoyed alot. Their inhouse hotel is not that great, took an hr for 4teas to deliver after calling them twice. But beware of few Scam and check the property things before check in, as in the end while check out they show that something is broken and try to take money from the deposit amount. As they keep broken things in their nearby storage room instead of Disposing it that's where we understood the scam.

H2O infinity is must recommend villa in igatpuri. Rooms, services, location was best. Food made by Vijay's team was awesome. Spl Thanks to Vijay for maintaining the villa over the years quite well.. Just faced problem of electricity cutoff in regular intervals.. Rest all was good.. We enjoyed it.

We had been here for 4 days. It was a superb experience amidst the nature. Surrounded by hills and infinity pool ... Rooms were clean and neat. Thanks to Vijay and Mangesh. We really had good time. . Would recommend it if you are looking out for a small gateway near Mumbai..

We had visited the place for an office outing and it was such an amazing experience. The entire villa is spacious, excellent rooms. The service was amazing and we are very thankful to Mr. Vijay and Mr. Namdev for such an amazing and hands-on service. Would like to appreciate the cook as well for exquisite food.
