Capetown Villas - best villas in igatpuri

The basic hospitality service is missing. We had a wedding and made 100 guest stay but basic amenities like tea was also made available after rigourous follow up. There were doors without lock, few bathrooms with broken taps, missing bathroom kits (despite we arranging the kits, the owner did not make it available in many rooms). The owner did not even stick to the commitments made. We had chats despite that he refused with a lot of things. This was the worst decision of our marriage. The owner is sweet talker but does not know basics of hospitality business. Request to not stay at all.

The villa is so spacious. The services are so on point and they also supported us on the emergency as well. It was second time for all of us and i would recommend this villa to everyone out there. They also provided us early check in and late check out upon our travelling. Best stay ever.

It was my wedding planned in tropical retreat and because of the owners recommendation we also took Cape Town villas for additional guest stay. This was the biggest mistake I did for my wedding we had more than 100 people staying here but because of the amount of lack of service and backing out from the commitment provided by the owner we had to also additionally book stay in Fern at a higher cost. All of our family members including my fiance were running around till last moment to sort stay at Cape Town villas. My guests were not getting basic tea and coffee when asked for neither they got any other services. My cousin were running around with additional beds for arrangements. The owner and his hospitality is not even bare minimum forget about expecting luxury. I'm surprised to see how the ratings are 4.1. I should have read the reviews first but my mistake I did not and trusted owner (Piyush) and took him by his words. He did not even provide basic amenities which he committed for. Horrible experience.

Most pathetic place and the owner/manager. Detailed review below which itself is a very very short version of a horrible experience About the stay - The rooms are not upkept, the lenin are stained everywhere, no towels and toiletries are provided. Its basically you have to ensure that you are carrying everything including blankets and bedsheets in case you want to live in a clean environment.. About anything you need for in room service - you might need to inform at least 12 hours prior that you might need a bottle of water or a coffee.. the owner keeps zero stock of anything. I thinks he runs it as its a sweat shop where there would be zero service of anything.. Owner / manager - have not met a person in the hospitality industry who lacks basic sense of management, communication and actually even common sense. Doesnt even have courtesy of talking properly to women or even anyone for that matter. Its an absolute disaster - please do not book this - its no less than a scam.... especially if you are hosting for a slightly larger crowd. Traveling with 15 people can be tricky, but the staff at Capetown made it easy! They were so helpful and polite, and the villa was clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic time.

The service provided is very poor.Its full of waste of money going there.In bathroom shower water current was passing and also there was no cleanliness and nothing.Very bad experience and no one should visit this place again.

**Avoid Capetown Villa in Igatpuri** If you're seeking peace, forget about it--the non-functional TV and fan set to "tornado" ensure anything but calm. Our senior family member's headache was a bonus. The staff's efficiency shines when demanding Rs. 12,000 for a broken metal chair, showing their priority for furniture over guest safety. The grand finale? Being held hostage until payment was settled, complete with locked gates. If you value your sanity and safety, steer clear of this place. One star, because zero doesn't capture the full splendor of our dreadful experience.

This is one of the best villa in igatpuri which is right next to the highway. The rooms were clean and spacious with all amenities and the service given was also top notch. One can easily have the best time here in large groups. Most picnic places are in vicinity. Definitely recommended property.
