Ekostay Neptune Villa

Customer service representatives were extremely rude and literally verbally abusive towards us even though we were being extremely polite. Especially Mansi. We were also literally extorted twice, once when we entered and then once when we left for absolutely arbitrary and nonsense reasons which the customer service refused to even bother to try to sort out or even hear the situation, instead choosing to scream profanity over the phone in hopes that we just gave up and handed over our money instead. There were chunks of broken glass in the pool and several of our group got hurt. Also caretakers randomly enter the villa during the stay even when no one was in there. There is constant invasion of privacy. At 3 AM someone literally came without asking and took a video of our group which included girls and left without a word which is extremely creepy and unsightly. On the morning of the checkout they rudely woke up people sleeping in the hall by loudly washing the dishes and everyone else sleeping inside by banging on all the doors very early after sunrise. The location is also very remote and the route to and fro is very, very rough, littered with rocks and dangerous drops. All of us were looking forward to our stay and this is how it all went down. I recommend anyone looking at this villa to not even consider it and to avoid any and all bookings through Ekostay.

The service here is utterly incompetent. It almost seems like they want the customer to suffer and feel unwelcome. They have the professionalism of a 6 year old and have no respect for the customers privacy. They turn to abusing the customer at the most genuine of questions about the stay.

Good Things:** - The villa itself was nice, offering a comfortable environment. - The location was secluded, providing privacy, but it was still conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to get around. **2. Bad Things During the Stay:** - **Intrusive Caretaker:** The caretaker was overly nosy and made a strange comment that he would only clean the villa when we weren't around, which was inappropriate since he was overhearing our private conversations. - **Unauthorized Access:** The caretaker and others had an access point to the villa from a hut and would often barge into the villa through this entry rather than using the main door. This constant intrusion made us feel uncomfortable and violated our privacy. - **Uncooperative Checkout Policy:** Despite being aware of the standard checkout time of 11 AM, we had two toddlers with us and requested a slightly late checkout. The staff was unreasonably persistent in asking us to leave from 10 AM onward, even though our checkout time wasn't until 11 AM. To make matters worse, the caretaker was roaming around the house from 8:30 AM, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. - **Unprofessional Management:** When the property manager was called to address the situation, he arrived without a uniform, giving off a very unprofessional vibe. He seemed more interested in intimidating us rather than offering a helpful solution. Additionally, despite the issues, they deducted 2,000 INR from our security deposit, further adding to our dissatisfaction. - **Overpriced Experience:** We paid INR 65,000 for the stay, which was more than four times the regular price due to the New Year's Eve period. Despite paying such a premium amount, we felt poorly treated. It's not just about the high price we paid; what was truly missing was basic professionalism, which we didn't see from anyone involved in managing the property. **Conclusion:** Although the villa's location and privacy were decent, the lack of professionalism, intrusive behavior from the caretaker, and uncooperative staff made for a very disappointing experience. Paying such a high price for this level of service made it even more frustrating. This experience has left a negative impression, and I would not recommend this property, especially if you expect professionalism and respect for privacy.

The property was great with clean and spacious rooms and all promised amenities. The location is a bit difficult to reach but once there the ambience and atmosphere is great.

The WORST experience ever! Apart from the location, everything was a disaster. We paid 4x for New Year's and were charged an extra 2,000 for a 1-hour late checkout despite having two small kids, including a 6-month-old baby. The caretaker, Madhukar, was intrusive, barging in unannounced, and harassed us from 8 AM on checkout day. The manager was even worse--rude, greedy, and utterly lacking empathy. Avoid this villa at all costs!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Nuvasa, a stunning 3BHK villa located in the serene and picturesque town of Igatpuri, surrounded by lush mountain hills. The villa itself is exceptional, with a sleek and elegant grey theme that adds a touch of sophistication to the entire space. It is perfect for a peaceful retreat, offering a beautiful blend of comfort and style. The villa boasts a private swimming pool, which was a highlight during our stay, and the indoor games available kept us entertained throughout. The meals were another standout feature--delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We had an amazing breakfast and dinner at the villa, while lunch was enjoyed outside for a special birthday treat for my brother-in-law. A big shout-out to Madhukar, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and took great care of us during our stay. His cooking was excellent, and he ensured the villa was always clean and comfortable. His hospitality added to the overall fantastic experience. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing getaway. The combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and attentive service made it a truly fab experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful and luxurious setting.

The rooms were clean. At very low cost we got the best one. And the service was upto dot... the caretaker helped us a lot.. worth the shot! Do give a try!

Had a very bad experience at this place... I found glass inside the pool. And there's no privacy at 8:30am the care taker was inside the villa without knocking. Please don't try any ekostay they have the worst customer service.
