KK Tree Retreat, Igatpuri

This is our third visit to KK Tree Resort in Igatpuri and again i had a good time with my friends. What I especially like about this place is the very quiet environment. No pollution No honking just nature sound. The food has improved and service needs to be a little faster and rest everything was perfect. There is also a big lake nearby. The best time to visit this place is during the rainy and winter season. Overall I had a great experience with what we wanted and will be visiting again.

The resort is very good. Good place for relaxation with natural beauty. The rooms are clean. The food is very awesome. But I would suggest a few improvements. The service is very very slow. The manager Mr. Vivek is a useless fellow. He talks both ways and tries to escape. Very limited options for food available. cool drinks and water are also most of the time out of stock. After giving dinner menu order at 6 pm for having dinner at 9pm, the dinner was not ready till 9.30 pm. That too, we had just asked for plain rice and curd. Today is our 4th day of stay. After repeated requests also, the rooms and wash rooms are not cleaned since first day. Mr vivek is not ready to share the owners no. So mentioned everything in review. If I get a call from owner of kk tree, I can give a better feed back which she must know to run the resort smoothly and successfully. Many of facilities mentioned in site like spa, fitness centre, salon services, bars etc are not available

Very nice place to visit great location super quiet environment only nature sound, no disturbance at all perfect for family vacation good food good service must visit specially in rainy/winter season

Food quality & quantity is good. Staff is nice. Room should be improved. Everything experience is 8/10.

It was my second experience with Kk tree retreat Resort and like my previous one I enjoyed every moment...Most important part is staff of the place are extremely humble, kind and most helpful. And the food is very delicious. With My friends had an amazing stay...Keep up the good work guys..

Make sure they don't have bookings of Rowdy Groups, nothing works on time, electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning or toilet

Worst manager and worst service ever received. I was trying to book for Sunday Monday for two days however the manager is not ready to entertain me and rudely says go and book online I can't help you. This is the attitude of the manager's great sales experience. Hats off to the management.
