Valley View

The rooms are neat and clean and the view is BREATHTAKING! They have a beautiful large hallway on each floor from where you can witness the beautiful majestic valley and the train passing through them. The owner and staff is very friendly and caring.

Worst experience. This is not a hotel it's like a cheap lodge. No television,no intercom, no wash basin, curtains and pillows are funggy, blankets are smelly, cubboard are dirty and full of fungus... Small cockroaches are everywhere in room as well as on bed... I suggest you don't stay in such place which ruin ur tour

This place may not be operational. Please check before booking online. Rooms are not clean and there is no proper road to reach the hotel. No basic amenities available. Only the view from the common gallery is good nothing else.

3 Storied Building - 9 rooms (6 functional with Damp/moist walls, No A/C, some have no door locks, No room have jet sprays, only 3 rooms with Geyser). Dustbin provided post request. Rooms were provided with one towel/soap. No water. And a cupboard for waste disposal( as it already was accumulated with dust, bottles, waste etc.). 3 Balconies - 1st floor for our caretakers which has 2 tables etc. as per the google images. please expect drying clothes and their personal items. 2nd & 3rd floor - 1 Table and 2 sofa, lizards, missing window Glass plus flies for the nature feel. Roof top - Swimming pool, no stairs for getting in/out of the pool, 2 semi functional plastic lunch tables & decent plastic chairs. Now, this is a very dangerous area! the walking area covered with turf is hollow covered with cheap sheets of wood/cement no clue, my friend almost fell . Depth was 9 to 10ft. We were lucky to not have any accidents as the caretaker did not find it fit to inform us until later in the night just before my friend almost had a fall. Owner needs to take care of the Property but they don't. Caretakers shift the blame on the owners too. Caretakers are meant to look after the guests and their needs. Our Caretaker was never interested in the guests he was very vocal about it. Departure day, breakfast (we were paying) requested at 10.15am. Since this time we requested 5 times until afternoon for the breakfast as Satish replied very rudely to the final request stating its non of his business and we should leave the premises for other guests. We finally were given the breakfast by 2pm. This is not how guests are to be treated. Later Satish did apologize when we spoke of the review to be posted and how unhappy experience his services were. View is amazing and the property is suited for larger groups say over 14 people. My stay was decent because of the friends accompanying me. Cleaning Staff was helpful too. Caretaker need to be more welcoming and open to suggestions. The property has potential if maintained well. The charges are too high not worth it.

The place location is 5stars. But the valley is windy and as the hotel is located just on the edge, therefore the windows rattle all night long and Doors keep slamming. Bike parking is available inside the compound itself. The food was good overall. They can prepare as per demand. The view is awesome from the halls.

The Hotel is no dout located in the beautiful Location, but very poorly managed, I would have given 5 Stars but as this Villa gave us Great View it also gave us the worst experience as well in terms of Food. The Villa people suggested a restaurant which gives food delivery, the restaurant without giving to total bill value delivered the worst food that I ever had in my entire life and charged us 1200 Rupees. As we were busy enjoying the view and the climate, we we failed to analyse how we have been cheated. Food had no quantity, Food had no taste at all It had a very smelly taste We literally did not eat the food Secondary.. The Villa is not exactly in the same shape as it looks in the photos. It seriously needed some good repair and maintenance. Overall happy to be there.. witnessed The most mesmerising views that I have ever seen in my entire life.

place is very near to the highway and easily accessible. its a huge bungalow with indoor swimming pool. very neat and clean. care taker and his wife makes delicious food and are very sweet people to deal with. being a vegetarian i easily got food from near by place, deliver takes 30min to 60min so order accordingly.

We have been this place, Staff was supportive. but currently pool was under - construction. talking about room was Ok. There was no geyser in the room to boil water but they had given us hot water for bath. food as per your demand they make it and give it to you. cost wise worth it. Mr. Satish Gadge person who take cares. have a common balcony, View was superb. behind mountain view and train passing view was awesome. only problem is TV was not in Rooms only one common TV at balcony. bed sheets on the bed was very thin. they suppose to make it into thick. spots was very far from valley bhavali dam 15 km and railway 8.5 around there is one near restaurants hilltop, price and quality was good. even near hotel one pan wala is there, he is very costly more than MRP we will charge you..
