Trident Valley View Villa in Igatpuri

Went over there for a trip with friends and loved the villa and the services offered. The rooms are spacious and the staff was kind enough to clean it as and when required. The food provided by the care taker was also very good and adjustable according to your time. They also arranged for a nice seating area near the pool to enjoy the beautiful view outside.

Amazing place Very well managed staff and nice food and good location too.. They have beautiful rooms interior which are quite big and spacious with a private pool. The washrooms are very hygenic and everything is clean. Pool with a view, spacious rooms, well maintained kitchen, great service. Highly recommened.

We booked this property for family get together based on Google reviews. Location is good but property is in very bad condition. It is not at all maintained. Better to book other properties near by. Basic utility like fridge and RO is there but kitchen is not equipped for cooking. Outside food is only option. Posting actual photos to get real view of property condition.

a definitely not worthy for family outing. villa is in bad shape. specifically bathrooms are horrible. broken, no hot water, dirty. foremost kitchen was disastrous. never been to such messy cooking area. filthy, cockroaches. no cooks available. cooking was a nightmare. total letdown in terms of hygiene. hats off to the paid reviews of 4 & 5*.. place is only suitable for stags wanna booze on poolside.

Stayed on 27th and 28th Jan 2023 with 10 family friends Good part 1. Specious rooms 2. Caretaker was supportive Bad part 1. Food quality was below standards and over priced. 2. Curtains were not clean 3. Kitchen utensils like plates and glasses were sticky 4. Spoons were smelly 5. Villa location is not very great. No doubt you get good hill view but there is chaos of neighbouring villas music system. Since its multiple villas together, if you decide a short walk its not worth. Also there are no indoor activities to entertain you except swimming pool which is not usefule in winters. 6. Property needs attention from maintainence perspective. Door hooks are broken. Music system on ventilator with tapes wrapped around. Avoid mixing water in liquid soap. Hope to take this feedback in positive direction and improve on. Best luck.

Very bad villa. I don't know how they call it luxury villa as its so unclean and bad maintained. 1. Half of the lights didn't work 2. Electricity keeps going and coming. So most of the time on invertor you cant use AC and geyser. 3. Geyser didn't work well. Hardly gave hot water when it worked. 4. Rooms were stinking so bad. Even the beds and blankets smelled very bad. 5. We noticed white patches on bed. Looked like fungus maybe. 6. Walls were so dirty. 7. Kitchen was messy. you don't even feel like using it. 8. Caretaker Ravi would roam around and inside the villa at any time. He would come inside the villa without even knocking the door as if it's his own house. 9. There are no door locks including the main door so all your personal items are unsafe. Bedrooms don't have door handles so you cannot open the room from inside. 10. Both caretaker and manager were so rude and not at all friendly. I would not recommend this bungalow if you are coming with family and kids. There are far better clean and maintained bungalows available at cheaper rate.

Please never ever book this villa. we booked this villa for our family trip to Igatpuri. we went to relax and chill. but this place disappointed us, this was not worth for money.the place is not as the shown in pictures. it looks like 15-20 years old property which is not maintained. we could see cracks on wall and rooms were stinky. this property offers 5 bedrooms. my reviews per room. Room 1 - AC was broken (but it was working) washroom light was not working and water issues. Room 2- water logging problem in the washroom. door lock was not working. Room 3- washroom was choked up, so we couldn't use that. Room 4 and Room 5 - ok common in all - Damp on walls, rooms were smelling bad. there was so many mosquitoes. Kitchen - Totally unhygienic & uncleaned, full of mosquitoes. utensils were not cleaned. there was leakage in sink. you can use gas, microwave and fridge over there. swimming pool - though it was cleaned but the amount of chlorine was high.

Really a nice place with calm & cleanliness. Such a nice place to enjoy with friends. Food taste was yummy. The coordination was also good. Walkable distance from the highways. Especially Lawrence such a smart coordinator for the resort. Nice quiet clean place fr enjoyment with tasty food
