The Misty Villas (2bhk-3bhk-6bhk luxury villas in Igatpuri )

I recently stayed at The Misty Villas and had a really enjoyable experience. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery and hills. The private pool was a great touch and added to the relaxing vibe of the place. The staff was polite and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere--it's a perfect getaway if you're looking to unwind away from the city. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the food options were a bit limited, especially if you're looking for something beyond vegetarian fare. But overall, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely consider coming back!

Overall a pleasant experience for a chill stay cation on weekends. The property is quiet and has games to play along with the pool, which guarantees a gala time over the weekend with your friends and family. Caretaker is very supportive, kind and extremely helpful. There are restaurants nearby and sight seeing points at minimum distances from the villa. Would definitely recommend Misty Villas.

overall stay was comfortable .. villa interiors are good. Nearby restaurants is an advantage.. 1. The living room needs AC for sure for summers. Also the sofa being leather is not at all comfortable to sit during sweaty times 2. the caretaker from the very beginning was not at all pleasant. Tea was served which was very bad. he was not approachable on phone during day time. Had to go to basement everytime we wanted something. We didnt get cutlery when we wanted.. didn't heat veg food when asked for. Said no microwave. Towels were not changed .cleaning was done which was good. 3. Swimming pool water was not clean. 2 ppl had skin rashes after swimming and one fell ill on stomach. The rooms are quite big but the ac was enough to cool the room during summers. For a 4 star villa there shud b more hospitality than this. We expected more than this overall.

I booked a 2BHK Villa & had a great experience there. The interior of the villa is very nice. The caretaker is very kind, helpful & co-operative. Both the bedrooms were air conditionied. It has a shared big swimming pool between 2 villa allowed to be used on slot basis. It also has a game room with TT, carrom, etc. where some games require some maintenance. Also, some of the bathroom fittings were too tight and small maintenance is required. It was overall a very nice experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Misty Villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It felt very peaceful and relaxing. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of tea.

We recently stayed at a beautiful villa in Igatpuri, and it was an incredible experience! Pool was clean and well-maintained pool, perfectly complemented by the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape The rooms were spacious, airy, and comfortable, providing ample space for everyone in our group to relax and unwind. A special mention to the caretaker, who was not only polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Anil, the owner of the villa, leaving us with a positive and memorable experience. Overall, this villa is a perfect getaway spot for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable retreat. Highly recommend it!

We, a family of 17, took the 6BHK villa in Feb 2025. Firstly, note that the villa is next to Manas Resort. On GPS, put destination as Manas Resort and NOT the link they send you or Mystic Villas! It took us atleast an additional hour because GPS misguided us. The property is good and well maintained. The pool is big. They are actually 2 bungalows joined together. Do know that the manager will tell you that it can accommodate up to 24 people but that's with an assumed adjustment. The big 2 rooms have a 7*6 feet bed with a split mattress and a single side bed while the smaller rooms have a 6*6 double bed. They assume that 3 people will sleep on the double bed but that's not comfortable especially in rooms with a split mattress. Or make sure they procure extra mattresses as required. Clarify these things, otherwise they will assume their arrangement works for you! We had opted for four meals. Meals are outsourced. We checked-in very late at the property, almost at around the high tea time. We were continuously in touch with them. So we would have expected them to be ready when we check-in but we still had to wait for atleast 15-20 mins while they heated all food. The whole point of keeping them updated was that they could be ready but they won't meet the customer service standards of Bombay. The kitchen team heated the food and served it hot. Chapatis were freshly prepared. They were kind enough to have gone out of their way to make us small snack items including bread and butter in the evening in addition to the paid meals (we paid for the raw material, obviously). However, next morning, our breakfast including poha and wada were served cold which was a big disappointment. So, overall it was a mixed experience - more good, but some important bad.

We 5 School Friends (Now Senior Citizens) stayed for 2 Days in Misty Villa . Had Gala time.Excellent Location and Ambience.Excellent Food and Service. Enjoyed to the Fullest.Looking forward to visiting again.
