Regenta Place Igatpuri

I had a wonderful experience at Regenta Hotel. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to the food--it was absolutely delicious! Every meal was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Regenta to others. Keep up the great work!

For Accomodation of our guest for a family wedding in Igatpuri we had booked 36 Rooms. From the booking till check out we had a very great experience . The response on every call was prompt by the GM Mr Gautam and other office staff. The rooms are nicely done, the rooms were very good and few of the rooms had a good view as well. While we had wedding at other location we only had breakfast and hitea at the hotel, and the same was very good. Shall recommend this place for your stay in Igatpuri. Last i shall like to Applaud Mr Ayub for always helping in all form

We stayed for two nights. Hotel infrastructure is excellant with 5 Star amenities. Quality of service was superb and very professional like. The hotel is within 50 mts of highway that also offers better privacy and peaceful stay. Hotel staff is well trained and polite, and caring. Enjoyed our stay.

GM Gautam Sir is a Gentle fellow. Some rooms of the hotel is having excellent view. Activities are excellent. Same category Club rooms some are very small...some are good. Bathroom in each room is very small and uncomfortable. Overall maintenance of the property is good. Lady on reception should be trained for more professional and Polite behaviour...as most of the time her expressions and body language is very nagative and rude by which customer feels insulted. All other staff of Hotel and Restaurant are excellent. Overall good experience.

If you travelling to Nashik, Shirdi, Nagpur or anywhere that goes through this place, you should stay here. The hospitality is amazing, price is economical, food is good in quality and in taste, breakfast is nice with good options and the staff saying yes to almost all of your wishes. The pool is clean and is good to relax. Overall it's a no brainer if you are on this route and are looking for a place to stay.

The staff is very courteous. Rooms are beautiful. The gaming zone is maintained very well. Had a pleasant stay. Mr. Goutam and Mr. Abdul have been very hospitable. Just two issues: Though I booked through their website, the confirmation process was a little tedious. After back and forth communication, I was provided booking confirmation. Also, when I booked, the amenities included complimentary breakfast, but later I was told it is mentioned in a small font in email that it wasn't. This made me a little upset. I just wish they improve on their communication, otherwise the staff make the stay an extremely pleasant one.

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The ambiance location is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was good. They have indoor games as well, Our all over experience was great!! Would highly recommend to stay at this property
