Pooja Villa Suites - Igatpuri

The experience was very nice, pooja villa is located very nice location, superb views from rooms and open areas, you can play table tennis and much more games, nice swimming pools, jhukoji gives us luxurious and positive mind, staff is very good..

Amazing location , I just visited Pooja villa with my friends ,me and my friends enjoyed so much ,I want to recommend this property to everyone, location is so amazing surrounded by nature , staff is so grounded and helpful,cheers

Booked for a weekend. One night in executive room, and one night premium room with Jacuzzi. Location is good as you get the view of mountains with some waterfalls and train passing through tunnel. But that's it. Manager don't have ideas the bookings done by operating team. Jacuzzi was out of order. On request ,manager cleaned the Jacuzzi and made it a bathtub. Least I can expect so my son could enjoy atleast. Prices were so high as compared to the service. Utter disappointment on weekend. Don't go by the photos on Google, property doesn't seem to match atleast 10% of what they showing to us

I recently stayed at Rainforest with my family and had an amazing experience. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, and clean.tlThe staff of the rainforest was very friendly and helpful ||I enjoyed the stay here and will highly recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Pooja villa Igatpuri. The location is perfect, and we loved the service from all the attentive staff and the wonderful food prepared . A special thanks to to all ,mfor taking such good care of us. We are sad to leave and hope to be back. Thank you.

I Booked this villa worst experience in my life totally waste of Money No Service, They don't have Kitchen , No Wi-Fi service, TV was not Working, Swimming pool was not operated . Room service was worst. Room was smelly and Dirty, when You call room service guy no one will pickup your call on reception, when you call guy for service he come after 30 minutes No food available 3rd Quality Villa , I Booked online with their reservation Center that Girl Named Dimple when i address all issues with her on call she cut my call and then never responded to my calls or massages Even at the time of Check out they don't have Bill Book or Invoice Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst Property my Holiday was completely destroyed I request to people Please Please Please Dot waste your Hard Earn Money Don't go to This Property

Very bad service. First they said your breakfast and dinner included and then at the time of checkout , presented a long bill of dinner. And at the check in time they provided wrong location because of that our half day got wasted. Not ready to even compensate it. If google review has an option to not give a start i would like to choose that but unfortunately need to give one.
