I have never left a review of anything online, ever, but this experience was so bad I feel like I should warn people. Do not stay here! They charged an exorbitant amount (over 6,000 rupees), but we were desperate and all the other spots in town were booked. We took a room on the top floor. We were told there was no elevator. Not a problem, we'll walk up the stairs. The stairs were filthy, like stained with brown splotches of spit all along the walls. On the way to the room there were several empty looking floors missing ceiling panels and on our floor there was a leak in the ceiling so the hallways was covered in water. We had to walk through this every time we went in or out. There is no wifi in the rooms. (Only in the lobby I was told). We were told there would be drinking water in the room. No water. There is no hot water in the bathroom. I was told that the hot water is solar powered so it would be there in the morning. This seems unlikely in the foggiest city in India. Why would you have only solar hot water in a place that gets no sun? There wasn't even a shower, only a spray nozzle, no shower curtain, the tub leaked and toilet wouldn't flush. No soap or anything provided, and the phone was broken so I had to walk down 5 flights of stairs to let them know this. They have no food or amenities also. All in all a terrible experience. If it had been an very inexpensive hotel I would have accepted all this, but this is the most expensive place I stayed in India and by far the worst.

There is nothing good in this hotel. a) No intercom for room service, even for a spoon I had to go 3 floor down using stairs as the hotel is not having lift. b) No TV as the setup box is not functioning & they are not ready to change it. c) I had paid with breakfast but this hotel simply said no breakfast as the kitchen is not working. d) No hot water I think this hotel is either under development or renovation. So, pl do not opt for this hotel. The cost might look less but believe me with this kind of service you will always feel -overpaid!

We booked this hotel via Oyo and made advanced payment for 3 nights 2 days. When we reached there, the reception person told us that we do not take OYO bookings any more because they have not paid us since 1 year. When we called OYO, we had to hold for long period before someone could answer us and we can resolve the matter. We had to make calls multiple times before we could get our refund. Then we had to pay separately at the resort to book the rooms we had booked online. When we booked online with OYO, in the same amount we had booked room as well as breakfast but this lady took the same amount but said we can't afford breakfast in this amount. Since, we had already wasted a lot of time in sorting these issues, we didn't argue much because we were with family and everyone wanted to rest. We wanted package with breakfast because we were travelling with a child. Again, we had to call multiple times to OYO to get the amount refunded which we had paid online.||||Coming to the rooms, we had gotten executive suite which had a living room and bedroom. Rooms are large and spacious but are not maintained very well. Bathroom had leakage in toilet spray and flush was broken. They have bath tubs but no geyser for hot water. You need to call reception and they will give you bucket of hot water which is kind of irritating if you want a long relaxing bath. And again these things are not mentioned anywhere when you book their hotel. They do not have their own kitchen so you need to order outside hotel foods or go out. Room service was good and responded well to hot water request multiple times.||||This hotel is in same premise as Manas Lifestyle Resort. They do have parking so you are covered there. Swimming pool is there but not maintained very well so you would prefer not to use it. Overall the experience was below average due to all the confusion caused between OYO and the premise owner. Customer should not suffer due to the internal problems between OYO and hotel. Will not go there again.

Very pleasing experience. Getting there was easy from Surat as the Google maps had exact drive map ready , it took only six hour as the highway roads are amusing . We stayed with my buddies for two night at Rain View rooms were pleasurable . Cleaning was done daily . The room service food was fantastic . We stayed in air conditioned boutique room. Check in and checkout was wonderful & swift . The staff was cooperative . Great hospitality. Value for money as it was completely foggy on week days.

Had visited this resort one year again with friends and my son... But, this restaurant and management spoiled our stay. 1. Initially there was no water in flush. They privided water in bucket. 2. The lift was not operating 3. No complimentary tea :( 4. They have installed bathtub in bathrooms, but the speed of water was so slow, even filling bucket was taking 8-10 mins, forget about filling the bathtub... 5. No food in resort ....and so on! Not sure if they have developed the quality or it's still as is... But, management was bad!

Terrible experience. The staff is uneducated, slow and unhelpful. There was a rat in the room. Construction in the hotel woke us up early in the morning on a sunday. They have no kitchen and cannot offer tea/coffee or even ice if you get your own beverages. Once we were there, the receptionist couldn't figure out our online booking for 20 mins. Air conditioning didnt work properly in one room. We left a pen drive in their television and their staff is too dumb to even know what a pen drive is, so we cant retrieve it.

This is in budget best place to live in, the rooms are spacious and luxurious as well are well equipped. It has king as well as Queen room with master bed sofas one small bed, the view outside the balcony is memorable one, it's safe for family couples and business tour, around 3 to 4 persons can easily accommodate bin this room, and the staff is really good in behavior and attitude, it has bath tub as well and will be updating if i remeber some more things, it's like living inside a beautiful hill station itself.

On reaching the hotel we were informed that it's not a oyo anymore and bookings will be taken but at an inflated price..we were left shocked. With no place to go..as we were dependent on this booking... We had no means of travelling.. As we had just taken a drop at this nightmare. Not a hotel.. It's a total blunder... No electricity for 10 hrs.. Though the location was gr8..no restaurant... They had a tie up with a local restaurant... It charges 50/- bucks extra charges for even a plate of peanuts.. They had a staff of just, 3 persons.. Managing 20 rooms... The one star is for the caretaker, Mr Shivaji, the young lady was very helpless...but Cooperative with us.. A advice for owners..u have got a wonderfully located property.. Plz manage it well..
