Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs Our stay at Shiloh Stay in Igatpuri was an absolute nightmare. Despite booking the villa for 12 people, there were arrangements made for only 11, leaving one of us without a proper bed. To make matters worse, after our booking, we were informed via a call from the hotel staff that non-vegetarian food was not allowed, which was never mentioned before. The lack of professionalism from the manager, Rishi, and his staff was appalling. They showed no sense of politeness or respect for our privacy, often barging into our space without warning. It was utterly ridiculous when we locked the door for some privacy, and the manager insisted we keep it open. The intrusiveness didn't stop there--at 11 PM, the staff disturbed us yet again, this time demanding we fill out feedback sheets for the food, completely disregarding our need for rest. Moreover, the staff's behavior made our stay extremely uncomfortable. To top it all off, when we tried to give feedback during checkout, the manager didn't even bother to show up in person, despite being called. The most alarming issue was the serious safety concern during our stay. We were shocked when two men jumped into the villa from the back wall. When we noticed them, they fled using a conveniently placed railing, probably placed for easy escape. It was terrifying and left us feeling incredibly unsafe, as these individuals were likely thieves. While the facility itself is good, the managing staff made the experience unbearable. On top of all this, the villa lacked basic amenities like space to dry clothes, an iron, and other essentials you would expect, especially after paying a five-figure amount for a two-day stay. To verify these points, you might notice that this property isn't even listed on the reputed websites. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and felt completely cheated. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this villa.

Our stay at this Heritage villa in Igatpuri was nothing short of a nightmare. Thieves entered the house while we were in the pool, and we narrowly avoided being robbed. The experience only worsened from there: the WiFi was terrible, there was no room service, and no fresh towels or toiletries were provided. Privacy was completely disregarded, with staff entering from all directions as if it were a free-for-all. The manager was shockingly unprofessional, even suggesting we keep doors unlocked so staff could come and go at will. The caretaker's behavior was equally disturbing--he intrusively stood in the hall, staring at the women in our group under the guise of serving tea. To top it all off, the manager didn't even bother to show up or address any of our concerns. This place is not only unsafe but also utterly disrespectful to its guests. Despite my extensive travel experience, I've never encountered such arrogance and disregard for guest safety and comfort. Avoid this villa at all costs.

Privacy Intrusion ( Villa staff continuously monitoring our activity and always roaming inside villa) 2. Food quality was not at all good 3. Suspicious movement spotted by us as 2 boys tried entering the villa by jumping over the wall into the villa. After we spotted them, they ran away- indicating intent to robbery (poor security) However no CCTV camera in that corner of villa

The overall experience was not good at the villa especially with the staff roaming around in the villa and entering through the main door without permission. Also, the property is not CCTV bound atleast at the backyard which is a concern from the security perspective of our belongings. The Pool table is not available at the villa

We had the worst experience here. There's no sense of politeness in the Manager named Rishi and his employees who would barge in right into the space. When we locked the door from inside he asked us to keep it open. The staff wouldn't leave us be at 11 pm when they came in with sheets for feedback of food provided. Throughout the stay there was frequent intrusion. Moreover there was also safety concern when two men jumped into the villa from back wall, who when noticed by us ran away with the help of a railing kept near the wall perfectly tailored for them to run away. They were probably thieves. There weren't basic facilities like space for drying clothes, iron , etc. Really disappointed that even after spending 5 figure amount for two days, this is the experience you get.

Neat n clean, food was good staff is also good only problem is lock n stoppers of rooms n washrooms were not proper
