Celebrity Valley View Villa

I have already visited 7-8 villas and have stayed there and now I have visited luxury trident celebrity villa which I liked very much- The villa is excellent. The staff is very, very good--well-trained and extremely dedicated. We will definitely revisit and recommend the villa!

The worse villa I have ever seen. First the person who was coordinating with me stop responding once I made half payment. I had to keep following up with him for receipt and other details. I am not going to talk about the shape/cleanliness of the villa, bcoz that's not the worse. The worst part of the villa was that it is not safe. 2k from my sister's purse and 7k from my mom's purse 5k from my brother in law's purse got stolen, not sure who did it. And when I complained about it the guy name Sujeet instead of listening to my concern started blaming me that you are wrong and they are right. He started threatening me that he will ask dsp to call me and threaten me. I haven't seen any hospitality business not even ready to listen to customers complaining and started threatening me. Whoever reading this make sure you visit this villa if you want to lose your money/item.
