MySpace Igatpuri

Recently I had visited to this place and it is a pathetic experience. Starting from accommodation we struggled 1 hour to settle the rooms. My friend had to literally shout at their staff due to non clarity / falsified information shared during booking. These people are looting on the name of Rain Forest but actually stay is given in their other building named "Myspace". Our room was Ok but overall food, hygiene, environment was pathetic. No AC / Fan in the dining area. No proper cooking for kid of aged 3 and below. This was overall a bad experience in my travel history till date.

After booking rainforest we landed up in this hotel as it's a sister hotel with different category of rooms. After paying 5.5k we got no activities, broken and dusty toy area, smelly pool and room with lizards and ants. This property is very hyped and overrated. Rooms are not worth more than 1.5-2k, avoid if possible, especially if you plan to go with kids.

I had visited my space hotel in Jan with my friends and the climate so good at that time the my space hotel rooms are surrounded by mountains. The view from my room was so beautiful and the food was also good the room so clean and neat.. the staff of front office was so helpful i will differently visit it again

The rooms are good. But they provided limited toiletries...And also they didnt have door matt outside the bathroom, nor do they provide bathroom slippers...Also indoor games are not well mantained. The food served at timber restaurant is very good even in jain options.

The place was awesome the resort is sorrunded with mountain it look very beautiful the cleanliness of room was too good I will visit again with my friends.. and also the food of too good it's spilt buffet.. they made us happy

Very bad management by the manager, we were not provided with services like indoor games which was included while booking, had to followup multiple times and just got badminton to play. Food was a major issue as they were providing only buffet and we had not included that in our meals and later after complaining we were provided with ala carte service but the prices they would charge were as per their convenience. We had no option but eat at high prices as there are no other restaurants in that location. Manager behaviour was very rude to us while checkout as they were charging extra for extra person which was not informed during checkin and we had already paid the amount which they later claimed was only for 1 day when we had bookings for 2 days, very unprofessional and lack of coordination among the staffs. Only thing we liked was the rooms.

We Saw on Google about this resort, so we booked one deluxe for the rooms for the families, at the time of the check in they served the welcome drink which refresh the journey, food was very good, staff was very humble and very cooperative. There are many room option so we have many choices for we enjoyed our the stay.
