The rooms were pretty spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very polite and kind with us. Fortune Plaza is also a point of benefit for the customers. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel selection was made out of 4 other good names in Ichalkaranji and we are glad that we chose Grand Fortune. The hotel service is brilliant, the rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities that can make a stay comfortable. The staff and the team are brilliant in their hospitality and service to guests. Suraj and Akshay at the reception, Vikas and Ranjeet from housekeeping are great. The food quality is very good.

We booked premium executive suite No Wifi was working, after lot of follow ups also nobody checked No in room dining as restaurant is closed, this was not informed to us earlier. We were so tired after Mandir darshan but just for tea we needed to step out They charged 1000 rs for my teen son but gave no extra bed just an average mattress given Movie ticket was complementary as told during booking time, upon asking they said not available on weekend I asked why it's not told during booking they said will check, after numerous follow up calls they gave 2 very late tickets, no tickets were given for kids Room also had mosquitoes Only ok part is breakfast was good They should refund some amount but they seem not bothered about customer once money is taken I would not recommend the grand fortune to anyone Highly disappointed no service and very high price
