Basic rooms, have dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. The owner should undergo a course in hospitality and service business. The location is excellent, a great view of koyna dam, backwater, mountains, and surroundings. ground-level staff was polite and attentive. Didn't stay because of the dirty bedsheets.

This has the best view but unfortunately rooms and other facilities are not maintained and stay is not recommended. Did not stay.

Homemade food is awesome, it is situated in a remote location, in the month of May the climate was like winter no need of AC room for relaxation and peace of mind must visit once..

The location is awesome. If you are looking for nature rich location to go with your soul mate then this is perfect place to go in rainy & winter season. The food quality is also good. But room interior is quite low as compare to room rents. People come here to stay in rooms only but there are no Tv in rooms & also quite old type but they charges 2500. And strict checkout at 10. No 24hrs checkout.

Fantastic-beautiful hosts by Sushil, The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back. Dam view is awesome in evening. This is a very nice place to stay and clearly visible Koyna Dam from hotel stay.

Very good resort for vacation. Food is great but has very limited options and we need to order few hours before the eating time. Nothing is nearbuy to do any shopping or go out and eat for atleast 3 kms Cellular reception is not available (though that is the case for entire koyna nagar) Cannot get such a beautiful view in any ither place A must visit for a quiet 1/2 days vacation

One of the Best place to stay near Koyna dam. One can get a full view of dam and mountains. In rainy season this place must be awsome for view. Food is also good. Rooms are little bit confined. Parking is also there. Staff is good. Good sunrise view is there. You can book rooms online it will be a lot easier as there is range problem.
