Presidency Highland Resorts

I have booked resort for 2 days from make my trip after looking at your property photos. Property is not at all maintained. There are no marking on building where room is. If any building under maintenance then there should be proper boards placed. One of the room door just fall in front of us. My 3 yr kid just missed an accident.||Swimming pool has worms and slippery. Not at all cleaned from long time. one garden has 3-4 ft grass which can easily attract reptiles. These are really safety related issues and we have to check out before any other bad thing happen.||Food options are very very basic. If you charge saying garden buffet dinner and give food like local restaurant ( one sabji,dal,rice,chapati this was menu). Why you are charging 500 per person for this food.||Please remove facilities which are not applicable since these are giving wrong impression and felt like cheated. I travelled 6 hr to come to your resort with kids and left in 3 hr from your resort in night since what happen next don't know. We heard there are no chef to make food, local ladies are brought to make food. This is very frustrating and below avergae service

The place is good and very spacious. We did play cricket and enjoying yes walks. Rooms are good and the view of sunrise and moonrise is great... Full marks for the property, location, the view and the amazing service.. The staff is very helpful and polite.

We had a lovely stay at Presidency Highland Resort recently, with great rooms with quirky decor and wonderful views. The breakfast buffets were excellent, with a variety of Maharashtrain food dishes, and we also enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant. Above all, we couldn't have asked for better service -- pleasant, helpful staff. A special shout out to Sagar ,who was unfailingly smiling and ready to serve.

Superb experience !! Presidency Highland resort is situated at very good location, big property, spacious room and very good service (visited last week) Lovely wishes and thanks to Mr. Vikram singh (resort manager), the person is very humble and supported us in everything at the resort. We stayed with Presidency highland Resort ,Koyna Nagar New Mahableshwar stay was amazing weather with very beautifully made rooms with Koyna Dam backwater facing and lush green garden which is maintain maintain with great team ,good is very Yummmy and tasty with highly Hygenue served fresh food ...Night Safari and ATV rides with indoors game also very good ,please do visit and enjoy hospitality of Presidency Group ..Thank you

Spacious but poorly maintained property. No Clean linen provided, replacement not available, they might be seeing the laundry once a quarter. Untidy kitchen, with nearly no food options. No staff, the entire property is being managed by just 3-4 people(out of which 1 is a manager and the other a chef/cook). Rooms are due for an upgrade.

The resort is very close to the Koyna dam and has spectacular views from the hill top. Reaching this resort requires driving uphill through narrow roads that can hardly accommodate one vehicle. The rooms are spacious. Be ready for a lot of insects after sundown. Keep the doors and windows tightly shut to avoid insects. The property needs better maintenance. Food is below average. There is a swimming pool but it is non-operational. Telephones were not working in the room due to maintenance work and the rooms are quite far from the reception area. It was very inconvenient that one had to walk to the reception for every small thing. Service was poor. Bathroom windows could not be shut completely. This hotel needs some professional management.

The staying in the Presidency Highland Resort was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast, Lunch, hi-tea and dinner very much. Gardens are huge and we had nice yoga session their in the morning, We played cricket and other games with our team, we had good full day conference in the AC hall, The location of hotel is very good and views from the hotel is also nice. Management of hotel is very good, GM of hotel Mr. Ashok Singh is very polite and helpful person always, he is very friendly and cooperative in nature, all staff of resort is helpful for all kind of problems,
