OYO Flagship Princess Villa Guest House

This hotel doesn't exist, I told multiple time to OYO guys that I am travelling with my family with two small kids. He told it is OYO primary hotel so you will not get any issues. Than they shared booking details. When I called hotel hotel manager, he never responds. When I reached there , there was no hotel. I called multiple time to OYO for help but everytime they said they are forwarding call to hotel and cut the call . So at night 10 o clock I was with my family and kids helpless. OYO guys told that they are not authorised to refund the money even for no hotel exist. What a scam going on. OYO is totally fake now. So my request to everyone, please don't book with OYO

Fraud hotel,be careful while booking. There is no hotel in this name, they are cheating people. No contact number, even Oyo care also too bad..
