OYO 71534 Hotel Uk Executive

We came to this hotel by Astavinayak tours. Bad service. No internet facilities, TV is a show piece not working, water is not provided and no water cooler. Only paid water available. Staff is not cooperative. Must improve on above points

Same bedsheet is providing to us no bedsheet cleaning very hygeine When we spoke that Oyo you have mentioned on website and from they estimate charges around 700-900 so he frontly said that we are not providing a Oyo facility we stopped the Oyo and they charged me the 1500 for 12hour

3rd class lodge service staff rooms there was no connection in Wi-Fi or phone network problem and given photos of lodge room is not same very bad rooms mannersless workers no tv connection they don't have manners how to talk with customers

This lodge have n number mosquitoes, non ventilated rooms.
