We spent 3 nights and 4 days here and had a really good experience. The villa was spacious and well laid out. The staff were warm, courteous and on point with everything. The property itself has everything you need and is in close proximity to the safari area. Definitely a must visit. Kudos to the team for the freat coordination and service provided.

Once you step in this property, every experience is just 5 star. From rooms, restaurant, food, staff, vibe - everything is 100%. They have gone above and beyond to provide luxury amidst nature. The detailing at every little thing is commendable. The animal printed rickshaws to ferry staff and guests was fun to watch. The food at all the restaurants is delectable and tasty. Chef Amninder Sandhu and team has curated this niche menu by doing total justice to the locally available produce by not compromising with the requirements of the guests. The rooms are super spacious with large sit outs and earthy decor. All in all, tipai makes you fall in love with nature without compromising on luxury. ||Special thanks to Ganesh, the FnB head, his team Mayur, Komal, Kajal and others; our naturalist Rigved who accompanied us on our safaris and not only made sure we spotted a tiger but also shared lots if tidbits about other wildlife in the area; the housekeeping team who made sure our rooms were impeccably made up, and everyone else who attended to us.||||Only 2 suggestions for the property :||1. Try and set up an indoor play area or some indoor thing where children can play without supervision. ||2. The maharashtrian, South Indian and punjabi thalis are so good - you've done complete justice to the cuisine- however, this being a gujju owned property, why not add Gujarati thali to the menu?

We had a great time at Tipai Wildlife Luxuries, we went with our 2year old son and we had an absolutely comfortable stay at the pool villa. The staff was really friendly and very accommodating, Amar & Ganesh to name a few members. The property itself is extremely beautiful, the staff was very welcoming on arrival, the villa was very spacious and had a lot of design detailing. Food was exceptional, we enjoyed every meal! The team organised multiple activities to ensure we had a great time such as chaat by the lake, painting activity, pizza making, bird watching etc. Bonus was our sighting during the safari! Overall would definitely recommend for couple, families and groups too.
