They have installed Ac in the room but it doesn't work, There are a lot of mosquitoes here and there is no mosquito net for them, If you ask for any service from the staff then they will say that it will be done in the morning because they do not have any staff, I am not satisfied at all.

They don't know about hygiene. Very bad smell from water they offered for drinking. Very bad odor from bathroom.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms .

Condition of bathroom don't deserve 1500 of room cost in Gondia district and their unwritten rule of Cash payment only, that is currency notes only. I stayed there because it was nearest to the hospital where my father was admitted.

Very slow room service. Complimentary breakfast of very low quality and stale. Upon asking about it than the answer was because its complimentary. No attention given to the cleanliness of room. Bed sheet, pillows, bathroom were all dirty. Reminder for cleaning is waste of time. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

With the price I paid I should got a room with AC and all other facilities. And you really have to walk for almost 10 mins to reach the restaurants outside. Whereas nearby the restaurants there are many hotels which you can take with less price tag and more facilities. Was tired after reaching the hotel. So didn't bother to cancel it. But the stay was okay. But not upto the mark. So once you are there make sure you book a hotel nearby the restaurants and all. It will cost you less and more facilities as well.

Very Bad experience. Staff behaves like "Rhna hai to raho". Taking charges but not provide services. Zero ratings. HOSTEL converted to Hotel after pandamics. Too much Mosquitos.

it was a hostel before it is converted into a hotel. rooms are spacious and cleaned, although the Lenin and the bathrooms were dirty. and should be maintained and cleaned. Book from OYO to get good deals
