One of the worst experience in Gondia. The only best thing about this hotel is, it's near to railway station. Below are some cons: 1. No towels provided. 2. No RO water provided. When asked for the bottled water instead of normal water, the representative said that the taste of water might be different for you. 3. Bedsheet was not clean. 4. No lift and the same time no one was available to carry the luggage. 5. Online bookings are not valid, we have to pay extra at hotel. 6. No parking facility. It's in the busiest area of Gondia. So you need to take care of your vehicle. 7. The representative who comes in the night shift is very rude. 8. As per the services provided by this hotel, the room is costly.

Worst experience ever.... I mean its like they giving us the room like they are doing a favour to us... No basic amenities, scew basic, didnt even provided water... And frequent electricity cut made it much more worse, as there was no ventilation so it was impossible to stay inside the room during the power cut.. And we were there to attend a wedding... The caretaker in the night was yelling at us why are you keep coming back to the hotel...

There is a huge parking area inside the hotel where you can park your car. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

The hotel is convenient and affordable with awesome service. I am so happy to visit here.
