The dining experience was extremely disappointing and the service was very slow.Also the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional.
It located at prime location of gondia. Food quality and taste is best. Staff behaviour good. But service is ok. Overall I will give 4 star our of 5.
Hotel Riya Imperial is in the heart of the city. It is very close to all centers. The rooms are very neat and clean. You can stay peacefully here. We stayed for 2 days in the month of September 2023 while taking admission for our daughter in GMC. When we visit the city, we will definitely come here to have some food. And the best thing is their food. It is too tasty. You like everything you order. It is a pure vegetarian hotel. South Indian and North Indian, all varieties of food are available
I visited gondia last summer and stayed at Riya Hotel for a day. Rooms are clean. Staff is very supportive. Location close to station and market area and still peaceful. Food at their restaurant is delicious. Values for Money.
Excellent customer service. Very friendly team. Convenient location. I can't name one, if I need to name I need to name each and everyone from front end to restaurant to room cleaning women team. Everyone are wonderful. Management must be appreciated, rather their HR team for their code of conduct standards.

Worst ever experience...no value to customer time...Reception staff is not aware about room vacancy and allotment Given me room for 2days and asked to to vacant the room again as they have already prior book of which the staff was not knowing...I ordered tea in morning 8and they delivered 9.15 saying we are shortage of milk...no value for customer time ....room lock was broken from inside..team asked to manage that too....worst ever experience
