Hotel Pacific

Hotel is runnig on only commission base. Girls and alcohol is coming in other rooms but Food is only allowed on commission base restaurant. Staff behaviour is so bad. They never allow talk to u from mannagment team and upper authority. For a water bottle staf demand me 100 rupees. I never recommend this hotel

Worst staff i have ever seen. Receptionist dont know how to behave with customers. So arrogant. Worst hotel. Never ever stay in this hotel.

As per comparison to other Hotel Price is too High, Food is too costly, rooms are not maintained. Bedsheet & blanckets are bad smeely. Mosquito in room. Advice for Hotel Management Don't charge Extra Charges if your not having options. Tea-33,water bootle -33. It's price for 3star or 5 star hotel. Totally Unhappy

I recently stayed at the Hotel pacific and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed were incredibly comfortable. Location of hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many popular attractions just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious food in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay

The room is the worst, it is the worst hotel ever and the staff is all the workaholic and the rudeness is so much that they do not know how to talk to the customer, even if they do not belive, then go to that hotel once and see it

They do t have so many rooms but the ones they have are a good size and offer good sized bed with shower and a separate toilet, wardrobe and coffee/tea making facilities and a TV. Our room was also equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan and had a private balcony. The owner was friendly and supportive and front desk staff offered advice for first time visitors, which was helpful. All in all it's a great little hotel, however a few small niggles happened including short supply of hot water late at night When we ran a bath but there was plenty of hot water for showers. The separate toilet and shower was a nice and practical design and the hotels rooms sit back from the road so it's nice and peaceful. Definitely a good location. We visited while we are on travel to visit forts in Maharashtra

Its located in the heart of the city and that's the only plua point. We stayed there as there were no rooms available in our preferred hotel. The staff is good but their hygiene standards need to really improve. From the bathroom basin to the pot to the room everything looked and was dirty and when we asked they claimed that the room has been thoroughly cleaned. Food was average but why bother when you have entire khau Galli right opposite the hotel.

Hotel is good for meetings and seminars. It is located at centre place of Gondia which 5 min walking distance from railway station. Hotel is neat and clean. Food quality is great. Panjabi dises like sahi paneer and naan is very good to taste.
