Hotel Harmony

Staff at reception named subhuman is very rude and misbehaving. We visited there with family around 10pm and he was very rude and misbehaving with my old parents so we moved to near by hotel city crown which is far better reasonably priced and good staff at reception

Hotel is located just within 200 metres from Gondia Railway Station (on rear side). Rooms are all newly refurbished and are well maintained with all modern amenities.

I would have given no stars if it was an option available here .anyways let's talk about the standard services were this hotel needs to improve on ....they should not do fake promises about the free facilities they are providing in the hotel like wi fi...hot water to drink ...tv in the room. We booked the costliest and the biggest room available in this hotel which was executive room ...and paid almost 2700 for 1 day and we were not able to get all these services provided by them . Also they were forcing us to check out the next day as they had new guests to check in which was really unacceptable for any guest in any hotel.

A decent hotel, a minute walk from Gondia railway station main gate. It is purely for lodging but if you order foods they will bring from nearby but only vegetarian. Not an issue with that when the staffs are very courteous and helpful.

Worst experience of stay and service as well as billing desk with very little customer satisfaction ratio as compared to the expectations.

Hello Guys...I don't know why the people/guest provide 3 Star rating to this property..It's unfortunately my second visit to this Hotel...The hotel is very pathetic in term of ammenties even in the middle of the night they switch off the A/c of entire hotel, Switch off reception phone..Dirty bathrooms ...Bedsheets also stinc badly...No cross ventilation.. Old baba adam style T.V....Trust me guys I am writing this to all of you at 01:45 A.m....Don't visit with your family...Thanks

Good services to stay . At a very walkable distance from the main railway station of Gondia . Also the rooms are well maintained and clean .
