Avoid at any cost. Booked 10 AC rooms and 12 Non AC room. Pathetic condition of the rooms and services. Better live in tent than in this lodge.

Bekar hai. Bathroom Not clean. Not recommended for family. They charge 1500. You will get better option nearby in 800 non ac. And 1000 for ac..

Its new name is Hotel Shivendra family restorant. Its an old wine in a new bottle. Food rates are at par with Pune Mumbai hotels.

Perfect location near Shri Gondawalekar Maharaj Temple. Rooms are decent size, clean with minimum needed facilities. Service staff is polite and responsive. During power failure, they provided a candle and mosquito coil. Suggestions/issues: 1. No lift, senior citizens might find it a challange. 2. Hot water geyser is connected to right tap (faucet). Generally it is left tap. Take care. 3. TV screen is too small. Bit bigger than a tablet. 4. Morning tea room service is available from 8 am. 5. No inverter, During powercut, be ready to sleep sweating or bear mosquito bites if you open windows. 6. They must give 2 extra pillows as the pillows are too thin. If you need better facilities than bhakt niwas, this is a choice for two in AC room by investing 1.5K.

It is a good hotel in place like Gondavle as the other hotels are not of good standards. The Owner & Staff of the Hotel are pleasant & good in their hospitality service. But they need to improve in the cleanliness of the rooms. The restaurant of the Hotel services good & tasty Vegetarian Food. Overall had a satisfactory stay.

We have been visiting this hotel since last two years. It was well maitained till last year (2017). But now it is a fishy restaurant (I hope reader will understand!) and hence not right place for family. We took AC rooms, but AC remote were not their in the room after asking for several times they provided us remote. After getting remote we came to know that AC is not working! They didn't admire their fault instead blame us that we don't know how to use AC!! Water was not available in the morning again after aking for several times they started valve from terrace, after starting valve we came to know that water heater is not working!! The guy sit on the counter is rude. Bedsheets,pillow covers and towels were not clean and so their pantry. You have to ask for soap, it is not readyly available in the bathroom.

Ac water leaking, No TV, Celling Fan not working on first floor, No help in taking luggage upstairs, only parking was good And no cleanliness

Not having an experience as Lodging but the food is really wonderful specially thali...at only 120/150 . Go for it...#highly recommended..Thank Me Later. JAI SHRIRAM
