OYO The Heritage Resort

Two of the most outstanding features: 1. Food is yum.. Veg or Non-Veg 2. Staff is really helpful, understanding, and honest. In one of my visit, 3 hours after checkout, We realized that we have forgot something valuable in the room. We called on reception number available on google and receptionist asked us to call in 5 min. To our surprise, he said he found our item and we can come anytime to pick it. Cheers to his honesty and being true to his job.

This place is quite well maintained. Very close to both panshet and sinhagad, this place can be a good weekend getaway for you. Whenever I need some 'me' time to rejuvenate and chill by myself, I visit this place. Its quiet and peaceful here. Though not an ideal 'resorty' location, it's budget friendly if you get the right deals and not heavy on your pockets. With a silver membership in OYO app, you can avail sweet deals on a deluxe AC room, and book a room for as low as 600- 700 rupees. The food is a little overpriced though. But there are many eateries within range and you can chose if you want to eat in or go out and enjoy local food.

Superb...What a hotel and what a service. I like this hotel bcoz such nice and natural weather. With nice cold weather which give you romantic night experience with your partner if you have gf you experience weather like shimla manali. Parking facility, gardan, dinner lunch facility, near sinhgad fort for small trekking... With my gf window view was very nice.

Rooms are nice, AC is proper, bathroom works just fine, food is tasty. But I removed 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. No water bottle facility at all. Jugs filled with water. Sad. 2. Very Remote place. No ola cabs, no auto, only buses that have a frequency of 15-20 mins. No street lights too.

Resort is having around 60-70 rooms but most of the rooms have atleast 2 or more issues like.... Non supply of Hot Water, Non working of Intercom Telephones, Non working of Power Switches, Non working of TV, etc. Every corner of the Hotel smells like Cigarette. Kitchen facility is available, where u can get a decent quality food. Moreover, they don't accept any kitchen orders after 7 pm. Candle light dinner option is available with very few options to order.

Excellent management, very Cooperative staff & delicious food served in matter of minutes. Overall Excellent! Mobile signal strength works in every room & television available.

Room size is too small but quality is good. Reception desk not picking up call so many times. Parking spaces available but no swimming pool available. Mobile network issue inside the hotel.

It is great experience, if u really want piece of mind , and spend quality time with your love ones away from world this is the place, Good quality Restaurant immediately outside the hotel so no need to go away for search of food, Service is really good even all employees are well behaved and co-operative no arrogance at all,You will see Pleasant nature when look outside window from Ur room, pollution free place, If you're couple I strongly recommend this resort, value for money
