Mount Machi Resort

Overall, the resort offered enjoyable Holi celebrations with rain dance and pool activities, but disappointed with dirty toilets, lack of water availability, and inadequate safety provisions for injuries.

Good property with good food and amenities. We went here for day picnic package which was 700 per person and included - Breakfast, Lunch and Hi Tea. Along with the package they also mentioned inclusions like Outdoor and Indoor activities, swimming pool, rain dance, and children play area. Although there was no such provision for Indoor activities as it was under maintenance (looked it has been like that for years though). Staff was good, swimming pool was clean, weather was awesome (last week July), soon they are launching restaurant with MRP rate alcohol if food order > 500 bucks.

WORST RESORT EVE...We just had a birthday there yesterday.. We asked for the chairs but no one is listening & not even giving.... Manager was not there.. we were very disappointed & frustrated there.. Ok so food!!..... we thought food would be good..Problem is here too ... no one got proper food... everyone ate only half stomach....Every 1 guest had to wait 15 minutes for food.....We were repeatedly asking the staff for food....but no one is listening.....There was no coordination among staffs...Our whole family was starving It looks bad if you do the same with the guests....it was so embarrassing for us..... it was a very very bad day for us.... Worst resort I ever seen....Besides this, we had to face a lot of problems...If you take good money, then give good service too. AND WE RUINED OUR 1 YEAR OLD BABY'S BIRTHDAY....

The place is beautiful! We stayed there over night. Have ample space for kids to play in the pool, around resort. Food was great! The services provided by the team was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Overall nice experience.

Stayed only one night with friends, the infrastructure looks so good but care takers are not doing their job seriously. Bed sheets was dirty, toilets was not clean. Had dinner around 8pm and the taste was good. Although except these points the property is very good, lots of tree and flowers. Peaceful place far from pune city.

Worst experience . Rooms were not cleaned . Swimming pool water is totally green. It wasn't clean from so long time. 10out of 4 people's admitted in the hospital. My request is to all pls don't go to resort. Photos and practical experience is different. You will definitely get disappointed when you go.. I am requesting to you all from bottom of my heart don't go. I shared photos too. You can check and let decide..

Very bad experience as we went there for Holi event. There commitments regarding the event were different and reality was different. pathetic management and food . Poor services and they were not even ready to make changes as pool was full of insects and frogs .

Visited in monsoon this resort have a amazing location and view. The new management is too good had a lovely experience with my family, the rooms were clean. The serve mouth watering maharashtrain food. Do visit
