1. Rooms - Very Unclean, Shabby and Dirty rooms. The most of the walls had caught leakage and we're stinking due to it. Washrooms were also unclean. The mats they gave us to sleep was very smelly. Conditions of TT table and Carrom boards was worst as well.Though we didn't us Kitchen much the place near stove was dirty too. 2. Food - Food was good taste wise. But the all the time the food delivered was very late. As they have different bungalows to manage so the time taken is more to get delivery. They don't cook food in that villa. 3. Service - The lady who is caretaker of that villa is very prompt and gives you necessary things needed. Don't got after Google or Instagram images. Also very pricey place they charged us But overall unhappy with the Villa and also the Food Delivery time could have been way more better looking at the price quoted for per person.

Haunted place i have visited this place , At night I have. Seen a female Wearing a Saaree Coming in the hall at morning 5am and telling , To leave this place ,There is a spiritual somewat is here. So plzz go at your own risk

The rooms were really dirty with fungus everywhere. Cockroaches and lizards were everywhere in the villa.

The pictures do not depict the reality here. The road to reach this place is too bad especially if it rains. There is lack of basic services like blankets, gas, etc here. Please spend a little extra and stay somewhere else because the agent (Chanchal) will mislead you to take this up.

Good experience only thing was water pressure was very low at all taps..it was very irritating... otherwise good food served..we enjoyed our stay

Should have been cleaner. Broken sofas, door handles, paint is peeling off.

Good Place for family gatherings. It has occupancy of more than 20 people
