Disappointing Experience with Poor Service My family and I visited this hotel for dinner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We were first made to wait for 45 minutes in the lounge, which wasn't ideal, but we didn't mind too much. However, things started to go downhill when we were seated. The staff informed us that there was no chicken available, so we decided to adjust and ordered mutton instead. To our frustration, we ended up waiting for over an hour for our food. When we inquired, the staff told us that it would take another 45 minutes to prepare our order. We reluctantly agreed to wait, thinking it was just a temporary setback. However, after yet another long wait, the staff came back and told us there was no mutton available either, and we would either have to accept chicken (which we had already been told was unavailable earlier) or leave. What was even more shocking was the appalling behavior of the entire management team, including the waiters. We were treated with complete disrespect, as if our concerns and patience were of no value. We were simply left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially since we had come to enjoy a nice family dinner. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made this one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.

Yes, the view might be decent, but what's the point when everything else is pathetic? The service is **third-class**--slow, unprofessional, and utterly careless. The staff clearly has no idea how to treat customers. And the food? **An oily, disgusting mess!** It was so drenched in oil that I could have squeezed it out and filled a bottle. Absolutely **unhygienic, tasteless, and impossible to eat.** I wouldn't be surprised if someone falls sick after eating here. If you value your health and money, **stay far away from JAYASVI HOTEL**. They don't care about customers, just about running a business with zero quality. **A total waste of time and money!**

Hotel Jayasvi Restaurant in Gargoti is a great place with a nice ambience on the 1st floor. The overall experience was good, and the place offers value for money. The mutton thali was delicious, especially the Tambda and Pandhara Rassa, which were amazing. However, the fish curry was disappointing and lacked proper flavor. The service needs improvement as the serving time was quite slow. The staff was polite, but efficiency could be better. The seating was comfortable, making the dining experience enjoyable. Cleanliness and hygiene were well-maintained. A good spot for mutton lovers but not the best for seafood. Would visit again for the mutton thali!

Calling this place a "hotel" is an insult to real hotels. The food is overloaded with oil, the service is as bad as it gets, and the staff act like they're doing you a favor. Jayasvi Hotel, Gargoti, is a joke. Avoid it at all costs!I was hoping for a nice meal, but what I got was a disaster on a plate. Looking good but not tasty. At the kolhapur location, it's not tasty as compared to many more hotels. Not value for money.

I have waited for 2 hours even though i have not received my order. In last movement they said that we do not have meat so u can adjust with chicken. Behaviour of manager and staff is not good, they are arrogent. This hotel is not suitable for family
