Aare Ware Beach Resort, Sea View Homestay

It was an awesome experience staying at the Aare Ware Beach resort. We were initially a bit reluctant to travel due to the summer however, once u enter the property you are welcomed by a cool breeze from the sea and the backwaters as well as the large number of trees in the property. The food is worth appreciating and the service is at par with some of the best resorts in India. The Manager Hemant and the staff took good care of us. Also, special mention to the owner Mrs. Mayekar who ensured all our expectations where exceeded. Thank you. Will definitely visit again.

Rooms are neat and clean, daily cleaning is done. All Service staff is kind, humble and polite. Got good experience of all these people. Location wise it is the best Resort. Rooms amenities and facilities can be improved comparing to cost. But overall living experience is NICE....

This resort has best possible view at aare, the private entry to backwaters makes it the best, you can spot various fish in the morning. Zipline and aare beach is at walking distance. Food is good and stay was calm.

I visited Ratnagiri by end of March and stayed at Arey ware beach resort. It was a fantastic stay and great experience. Property is right on the beach. I traveled with my family and resort was a very clean and safe place to be at. Rooms were clean air conditioning was working and food was really amazing. Property manager Hemant does a good job providing A grade service. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for families and would love to visit the place again.

We had an amazing stay at the resort. They serve the best food specially sea food and Chinese. The staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms and entire property is clean and maintained. Me and my parents had the best vacation. Would definitely visit again and would recommend everyone to visiy

This highly overhyped place. Though they call it beach resort it is not really a beach resort. You have to drive to beach by your own vehicle which takes around 5 mins. Service staff is good but the owner have made some useless rules. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms were small and not clean.
