Hotel Surya Executive

10 days+ in this hotel felt like a punishment. The rooms are okay and heart of the city, but the real nightmare was dealing with a couple of the receptionists--rude, unhelpful, and acting like doing their job was a personal favor. Every simple request was met with an attitude, and basic hospitality was clearly not on their list of priorities. If you're looking for a place where customer service is nonexistent and you're made to feel like an inconvenience, this is the perfect spot!

We had two rooms upstairs and enjoyed our stay here for a friend's wedding. Not five star but was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the staff were helpful despite not all speaking English.

I visited this hotel around 2:30pm the food quality was cheap and the Chinese dishes were not available. We had to take jeera rice which was served cold. I had a very bad experience and this was my second time here. I don't recommend this place.

Recently I visited hotel Surya for dinner for good experience but it turned out to be worst experience, literally disappointed with the food and staff, we ordered the food and they mistaken the order and served something else, when asked staff told its one and the same thing, there were no proper staff to handle the customers, staff was rude, the service and food does not justify the cost. Not Recommended

All though food quality was ok but service is worst, serving starters in the same plate that of soup bowl. No cleanliness. Onion and lemon served when asked. Staff was not trained but atleast they look after my small baby. Thanks.

I recently visited for dinner and the experience was pathetic. Firstly, the food served to us was cold and stale. dishes were not fresh. The dining service was pathetic too. The staff seemed inattentive and unorganised, which only added to our frustration. We had to wait for long for our food. Highly disappointed.

It is one of the best hotel in Gadhinglaj to have lunch/dinner. Also rooms here are clean and hygienic. If Someone is travelling to Goa and want to stay in Gadhinglaj then this can be good choice

The room was not clean n service needed to be improved. The desk staff are good. The bathroom was spacious n tissue paper was not provided. The hotel is undergoing renovations,hope they will provide a good service. Restaurant n Bar are in the property. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was good at service. Food items priced moderately.
