Hotel Shreevastav Residency and Restaurant

We had an extremely unpleasant experience at Shreevastav Residency, Aurangabad. The owner was incredibly annoying and intrusive throughout our stay. We paid 4400 for 1 night and 2 rooms, which is outrageous given the conditions. The bathrooms were filthy, there were no basins, and there wasn't even a dustbin in the room. Despite paying such a high amount, the owner constantly interrupted us, making the stay unbearable. Absolutely not worth it--would never recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are clean including location is also near the ganesh temple which was near the main road .

Bad experience. I had booked a room for 600 @8 pm and the next day I checked out @ 4 pm. I had to pay 300 extra (As per them i was supposed to checked out @12 pm). Delayed for 4 hours, i had to pay an extra amount even after fighting with them. In many hotels/lodges we get 24 hours of time period to check out. No running hot water, the door was making sound over night and a broken jug inside.

Do not dare to stay unless you are broke. It's a cheap place . Rent between 800-1200 based on how many people. Only good thing is Rooms has commode toilets. No running hot water. They will provide you one bucket in morning. No place to move because 4 beds in single small room. They are not changing sheets even after check out. Food is not available and Tea is available on request. They do not have a cleanliness and they have a very annoying owner. It has a dormitory where all buses and tempos stays. So no sound sleep in night. Overall a cheap place but no facilities

I booked this hole yesterday and told me it was 1200/- per night and would have to check out at 10 am in the morning. I did some bargaining to 900/- per night and checked out at 12 pm next day.This hotel is opposite to Shri Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple.

If you need a cheap and simple place to stay this will do that trick. Rooms come with 2 beds and a wet room. The room has 2 bed's pillows and blankets, a ceiling fan and power sockets. The wet room has a toilet and hot and cold water faucet. There is no sink basin. The residency at my time of visit did not have hot water in the rooms but it was available outside which the staff were happy to bring up.

Worst experience ever. The owner just booked the pathetic room and didn't even bothered to check the complaints we mentioned. There were no wash basins the all three rooms we booked and the conditions of rooms and bathroom were of third grade. The buckets and mugs were filthy and the mattresses and pillows were hard as a rock. The bed sheets and blankets were stinky and filthy

Reasonable and comfortable,but is not cleaned properly,no one is there to look after,have to wait for hot water ,for soap and other facility if you ask they provide otherwise not
