Holiday Cottage Inn

Very bad experience - not recommended. We were a group of 6-7 friends, including women, arriving late at night on two-wheelers. Instead of heading home, we decided it would be safer to stay the night at this holiday cottage. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The beds were broken, and there were bed bugs in the mattress, bad smelling blanket. We requested an extra mattress and were charged extra, but the room was so small that there was barely any space to place it. We had to squeeze it into a corner, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. What made the stay even worse was the behavior of the person at the reception, who appeared to be the manager or owner. He was extremely rude, lacked basic manners, and his inappropriate behavior made us feel very uncomfortable--especially the women in our group. Overall, this place felt neither safe nor hospitable. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

It was really pathetic, highly not recommended. I was visited here with my family , receptionist was too rude and arrogant and service was so bad , smelly rooms , beds are so densely dirty and full of bed bugs , unhygienic bathroom, even there is no tap water . And If we ask them for all of these issues to be take care the reply arrogantly with abusive language.

The rooms were pathetic. We were here on new year's Eve. They had arranged DJ speaker which was okayish. The food was good specially main course, do not expect much on appetizers. Service was very slow during lunch but dinner items were served quickly.

I visited this place for a family get-together of around 40 members. The experience was really horrible. Condition of the rooms is really horrible. You can't even get tap water when required. Cleanliness is the aspect better to not to talk about. Food quality is of third class. Sufficient staff strength is not available to handle huge crowd. They don't keep their commitment. They didn't allot the rooms in time. If you bring any shortfall to their notice they don't accept infact they argue with you and dominate saying they are correct. None of our team member was happy for the stay or food. It was our wrong decision to select this venue. I would suggest don't even think of going this place.

Very Bad We had Our Family Get Together of 40 odd Members planned for 2 days. I think management is unethical. Whatever was agreed was not provided at all. Neither rooms allotted on time nor food served on time. Total 19 Rooms were allotted to us at different premises and all of them are at very bad condition. The rooms were stink and not clean. Bedsheets were not cleaned. Hot water was not available for one wing till 10 am. All of our group members were unhappy with Hotel and food quality. The doors did not- have locks we feel insecure. Very bad & Rude attitude. Food quality was very Bad. Managing a Bigger crowd is beyond their Capacity. .Absolutely ridiculous we will NEVERRRRR IN OUR LIFE WILL WASTE MONEY ON A ROOM LIKE THAT AGAIN.

Worst hotel i have ever been...rooms were just so dirty there that within half an hour of our check in we went for check out. The curtains had fungus on it and beds had stains. Manager was so rude. The area was so shady and dark. Worst experience. No proper hygiene maintained in bathroom. We couldn't eve sit on the bed it was so dirty.

The advantages are 1. Food is good . 2. The staff and service is good. Particularly the manager. 3. The location is excellent. 4. Children friendly, big play area and tools available. 5. A big mango farm for stress relief. the property is not at all maintained. Few drawbacks 1. There was black fungus and water leaks in a room. 2. Wash basin was choked so water could not be drained. 3. Rooms were not quite, it was noisy particularly at night. 4. Garbage can be found everywhere around the property.

I never share any negative review, perhaps this is my first one. Need to write to aware fellow travelers though. Had been to this place for a group get together for couple of days. It was through a facebook friend and travel planner. This was a biggest mistake of my life. The owner is a lawyer and a big lier as well. We had booked 20 rooms for 40 people. as their capacity is 23 rooms. Upon arrival, he said that he will give 15 rooms here and 5 rooms elsewhere and lied that it was told while booking. The reason of get together was defeated on arrival itself. Our check in was 4 pm as per package, however he said cleaning is going on and check in will be delayed. And we got our last room at 7.30 pm. The fact was very ugly. Our rooms were rented to young couples on hourly basis for enjoyment before our check in. One of our family immediately gone out at nearby resort for stay. I request family crowd, never go to this place, never ever. Staff is highly unprofessional same as the owner. They don't know what to do. Rooms are pretty unhygienic, broken taps in bathrooms, no hot water, even no water in some rooms. Wet patches on walls, stinking everywhere. Food was not the relief as well. Food was pretty average. Next day lunch, they served rotten daal, tadka maar ke. Owner shamelessly says, tomato jyada ho gaya hoga. Still we continued our event with spoilt mood. Will not share any pics as we had pathetic experience, worst ever in my traveling life.
