Solitaire residency

I recently stayed at Solitire Residency and was thoroughly disappointed with both the service and the pricing. For the amount they charge, I expected a far better experience. The staff was inattentive and often unavailable when needed. Basic requests took ages to be addressed, and there was a clear lack of professionalism throughout my stay. The rooms were not properly maintained -- dusty corners, a musty smell, and inconsistent hot water. Even worse, the amenities they advertise are either subpar or simply not available. For these prices, one would expect at least a clean room and courteous service, neither of which were delivered. Definitely not value for money. I wouldn't recommend Solitire Residency unless they seriously rethink their pricing and train their staff better. There are much better options in the same price range.

Disappointing Stay - I booked a jacuzzi room, expecting a comfortable stay, but it was a complete letdown. The room was small and congested, making it feel cramped. Jacuzzi Issues: The jacuzzi was not working, and the floating button was faulty, making it unusable. Bathroom Problems: There was no shower or tap for bathing, and no hanger to hang towels. The bathroom condition was very poor. Room Comfort: There were no hangers anywhere in the room to hang clothes. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and to make it worse, the plastic cover on the mattress hadn't even been removed. Noise Issue: The room was exposed to too much traffic noise, making it difficult to sleep and get proper rest. Other Issues: The WiFi was unreliable, and the TV remote was broken, adding to the frustration. Mosquitoes have played major role

Nice room service and rooms were near and clean. Staffs behaviour were very nice . I would like to stay again.

Best affordable rooms, clean beds, comfortable enviroment, manager and hotel staffs awesome people. Would love to try their jacuzzi rooms next time. I loved the place. Best place in dombivli.

Wow for Ambience and Hospitality !!! This is one of the best hotels in Kalyan /Dombivali we have visited so far. Photos doesn't do justice for this premium facility. Must visit for couples, friends and families. Please book in advance as they are mostly sold out !!!

This place is totally scammed, the charges are too expensive and the service are dumb at all. I totally suggest you to avoid these kind of places because there are a lots of difference between reel and reality

The service is very fast implaying prompt responses to reqests and efficient handling of issues the amenities avaliable in the room are considered very good likely including, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and necessary appliances

The hotel was great, the staff was supportive and the interior was very nice. Budget friendly.
