Recently family suffered serious food poisoning after having dinner here. No more the same place as earlier. They serve food in HUGE quantity but surely they had lost its quality.

Cat Pee Disaster at Nandi Palace: Don't Go Here! Seriously, Nandi Palace in Dombivli is just gross. The people there were also really unpleasant. It's a super dirty place and the food tasted awful - they should just close it down. Its mini UP and Bihar ambience. While we were trying to eat their disgusting food, people at another table started complaining about water dripping from the roof (which is just a tent, not a real roof). Guess what? It wasn't water. It was cat pee! Pee was falling all over their food and on them. You could see pee marks all over the tent roof, and the manager didn't really care or help. The food was really disappointing, and the singers were just boring - some old guy singing old songs badly. The whole place felt depressing. Just don't go to this hotel. It's bad.

Once among the best places to have dinner the place has not scaled up on service levels n seems outdated. Went after 15 yrs but the service has dipped and cleanliness too. Be with current times.

Food and atmosphere was good . Only price range was too high to digest.

in first look it is so nice. but as per service and other aspects its not that much good. test of food is fail to fulfill your hunger. quality of service is not up to the mark. if they try they become a A1 grade restaurant in this area. advantage is ample of parking space. nice ambiance live singing. children playing area and guarded by compound.

I recently hosted my mother's 60th birthday celebration at Hotel Nandi Palace on November 2nd. Here's my genuine review of the experience. The food quality was exceptional, and the hall area was impressive. We were also provided with a separate changing room and dining area. However, there were some significant drawbacks. The air conditioning in the hall was not functioning properly. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he attributed it to frequent door openings, which seemed like an unconvincing excuse. The service was also subpar. I had to repeatedly request the staff to offer starters to guests who arrived later. When dinner commenced, I was shocked to find only 6-7 chairs available for dine-in, despite having 80 guests. The staff's response was unhelpful, pointing to the few chairs and saying, "These are the chairs for dine-in." Furthermore, there were no tables for dining, and no chairs for dinner. Only after I insisted did they bring chairs from the hall. Even then, the ice cream stall was not set up until few guests had started dinner. When I inquired about the delay, the staff said they would start the ice cream stall only after people finished their meal. I found this reasoning baffling, as how would guests know about the ice cream stall if it wasn't even set up? In conclusion, while the food and ambiance were impressive, the service was pathetic.
