Hotel R R Suites - Dombivli East Mumbai

Worst hotel i visited in my life. No cleanliness even after booking the room in advance, no support from staff and management. The person sitting in reception said he is the owner's brother but was non cooperative. Only good thing was that he refunded complete amount and we left in 30 mins as the room was dirty with food particles on floor and wall, dust all over the place, mosquitoes in the room, too much shabby.

Unprofessional staff, Poor management. Denied paid booking from a booking portal and asked for direct booking with higher amount. I had to take a refund from the booking portal and had to search for another property. Though it was good that they denied check-in as after spending some time at their reception I found that this hotel is popular among people looking for hourly booking. The property is good and is on a prime location but not at all maintained. Not suggested for choosing this if you are with family still you want to stay here then better book it directly by visiting or calling to their number.

The Experience at the Hotel was very Good.... Specially with the Staff and the person in staff are really cooperative and supporting and the best service that anyone could expect would be served in this Hotel. The Manager Rab is cooperative a lot and secondly, u would get all the required essential things at your room just by a call. They Room AC is not so good but yes in night you would have the best sleep. Again the best place to stay with a cooperative staff and all the essential and required things at your room.

My stay at this hotel was simply perfect. Rub(Manager) is nice and friendly and helped me with everything. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my every need was met. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely loved this place. The rooms were spacious and the lighting and ambience was great too. A great hotel for couples to spend quality time. They also provide food to your room so there's that. The only con would be the slow room service.. Washroom was also neat and clean and it's located near to the Phoenix Mall.

The hotel is near to the main road and hence not too much of ambience could be expected. However they have a good bar and a disco pub that compensate for the lack of the above mentioned points. Food is good quality and it's served almost as quickly as possible. Good for friends and family if in a party mood.
