This was our second to time to stay here. The beach is just 5 minutes walk and away from main crowd so you can enjoy more. Excellent host and good rooms. They also have a big hall sufficient for 15-16 people group. The property is well managed. They do not have lunch and dinner facility but Mr. Prasad is very helpful for arranging it nearby. We forgot our son's jacket and the owner called us and brought it when he was coming to Pune.

Nice place to stay and best thing is this place is very near seashore. Rooms are clean and bigger. This place is surrounded by coconut , Banana and Betel nut trees. Very cosy and comfortable place. Parking available inside premises. They do provide breakfast, tea code on demand. Breakfast was really tasty. Some suggestions could be , they should provide soap and some basic things in room. Toilet was clean and had hot water in the morning.

Our two day stay at Shri Prasad Resort was a good experience. The rooms are clean and they provide you with an extra bed if required. They charge 1500/- per day. We found the breakfast to be average. It was space for parking and from the window , you have a scenic view. The place is calm and most importantly beach is just walking distance. If required you can order the lunch or dinner or visit nearby houses who will provide you the authentic home made food. I must say , the host Prasad is an amazing person and all his recommendations regarding the restaurants or the sight seeing are worth the try. Though it does not provide you with anything luxurious yet you feel at home in Shri Prasad Resort.

Shree Prasad Resort (Homestay) Diveagar, very nice location. It is just a stone's throw away from Uttareshwar Temple. It is at a walking distance of 5 minutes from Diveagar Beach. There is a well parking facility. The homestay is surrounded by coconut betel groves with a very Konkani decor. We were all 12 people so we booked 1 hall and 1 room. Big Hall (12 peoples can stay) which has a wide gallery has a very nice view of the lower garden and Uttareshwar Temple from the gallery. Very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The owner Prasad sir is very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is like home. Highly Recommend for it to you for a happy and very peaceful vacation.

The room was costly, and the food was expensive and not good.

Good place to stay in Diveagar. Place is near to beach. 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to reach at beach. All types of sea food available. Good service and good people. Nice atmosphere to enjoy weekend with family. First priority to family.

I booked a room and confirmed my booking. I was about to transfer advance but owner said booking done already. I was supposed to travel along with my kid so requested owner to adjust but he didn't help at all.

No towel and no bath soap provided... Ower was very rude... Not a lot help ani other situation ..
