Rooms are good and clean.near to beach. Swimming pool is under construction, once its completed the place will b top notch. Mr. Sanket was helpful. They need to make all the food options available.

Hospitality: From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm hospitality. The check-in process was smooth. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Every request was met with a prompt and friendly response, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Food: The dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. Every meal was a treat for the senses, with a perfect balance of flavors.The chef even came out to check on us, which made it feel extra special. Special Thanks to Mr. Sanket and Chef.

Rating: 1/5 1. No Complimentary Water: Basic amenities like complimentary drinking water were not provided, which is a standard expectation in most hotels. 2. Misleading Charges for Sea View: Extra charges were taken for a sea view room, but there was no sea view at all. This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead guests. 3. Disruptive Early Morning Noise: Early in the morning, loud noises from tree cutting within the hotel premises completely ruined the peace. Guests come to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay, not to be woken up by such disturbances. Highly disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I recently visited Emerald Resort with my family, and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were spotless, and the ambiance was very pleasant. The beach is just a 2-minute drive away, making it super convenient. The hospitality was excellent, and the food quality was also top-notch. Highly recommend this place!

The rooms are nice and clean. The stay was really good. The food was also good. The Beach is 5-10 mins walk. The staff is cooperative. Things to work on.: 1. The WIFI does not reach every corner of the room. 2. The Automatic water pressure motor should be kept in an insulated place or some other place. The noise is quite disturbing during the night. 3. The hotel accessories kit/ Toiletries kit/ amenities kit should be of better quality. 4. Water bottles should be kept in advance.

Overall it was a good stay. The availability of food items maybe limited here. The beach is a 10-15 mins walk from here. This place is newly constructed so the room condition is great. Room service is also good.

Pathetic service. We had booked 2 rooms well in advance after confirming we will be given rooms on the first floor but when we reached there, 1 room allotted on ground and another on the first floor. Rooms are very small compared to what they charge. All materials used in the room were of low quality. 1. TV had weird lines on it. 2. The flush was completely leaking 3. The cupboard was not opening properly 4. No room service or phone in the room, you need to go to the reception if you need anything. 5. No wifi coverage in room, they have wifi only near restaurant and reception 6. There was no water in night When we called to complaint with the person who manages booking he stopped receiving our call. Please avoid this pathetic hotel so that they don't ruin your holiday.
