Very bad experience with Roof top. Staff is not cooperative. services are pathetic. Cards not accepted which dey don't inform at the time of Visit. They simple say you have to ask us for payment mode before coming to roof top for dinner. Staff's are very causal about services . No service. Not recommended for roof top.

The location of this hotel is perfect for pep planning a pit stop in Dhule NH52. Rooms - size is fair enough. Cleanliness is avg but can be improved. There were some stains on the bed. Food/Restaurant - the food was good. ut was disappointed by the fact that it was closed during breakfast time. Not many options in breakfast (room service) Overall OKAY place...

Hi team, I'd like to request a change in the receptionist. She's not understanding the issue and isn't cooperating. She's being rude without knowing the reason. I think it would be better if you changed her to provide better service and attract more customers.

Stayed in the hotel while traveling from Ujjain to Hubli. The hotel is situated near the Bypass, far away from the city. It's convenient for the travellers to stay and proceed. Pros: Location, ample car parking Cons: Staff attitude, they don't care when the guest enters the hotel, the front office guys don't exibits politeness, rather they continue to behave very unprofessional. The suit room was big, but bed linens and pillow were not cleaned. Atleast they would pay attention to the suite room as they charge extra. Room was not clean, hairs rolling in the corner. Better carry your own bedsheets if you need to stay here. The sofa kept in the room was in filthy state, they didn't bother to clean it. No hot water in the morning, we had to request them repeatedly there by they switched on the geyser. Hotel doesn't have restaurant, they get the food from outside. The room tariff doesnt include breakfast. Management need to pay attention for cleanliness and hygiene. I don't prefer this hotel unless you have no other options.

Very bad experience, Rooms were very unclean toilets was so unhygienic and dirty that we could not took bath. Very bad room service we have to wait for 1hr to get response. Food provided by restaurant was also not that much tasty we had no option to eat nearby.

We had a corporate meetup here. Great experience. Especially the treatment they gave was very nice. The owner Mr. Deepak and Mr. Swapnil visited personally and checked whether we all were comfortable. They provided us with the perfect suggestions which were affordable and tasty. The best benefit I liked is that food section area is totally different from the staying area. This gives calmness and avoids the disturbance of people. There is a gym section available on the floor to access for workout. Most recommended if you are looking for an option to stay while travelling to MP, Indore, Ujjain etc area from Pune or other regions. Extra 5 for cleanliness 5 for food 5 for arrangement 5 for staff

Hotel although new is not in a great condition had to check out three rooms to finalise one as all the toilets were either leaking or dirty. Then when I finalised a room, after check in he said that room is not available and we were given the opposite room. Also we were told one price after checking in into the room the reception called us to tell that this is a different category room and we will be charged extra. We had had a long day of travel so we did not have any option but to oblige. Even the ac did not work for quite some time in the room. The food from the restaurant was good to taste though.
