Hotel Ruturaj Regency

This place is simply perfect for your stay. I would definitely visit and stay at this property next time. The location of the property is the biggest advantage since it's in front of the railway station. The hospitality of the staff is truly amazing and extremely helpful. The reception was able to provide all the detailed information needed. For a family stay the property is perfect. Hyegene maintained across the property and in rooms is really commendable Breakfast provided was extremely tasty and in ample quantity. Kudos to the entire team of Ruturaj Regency.

Most of the reviews that I came across were all are hyped up. This is an old property crying for maintenance. The air conditioner was not working initially. The room was full of mosquitoes and the bathroom was not clean. Had to ask for toilet paper. The service is slow, breakfast was very disappointing. Very few items and tasteless. Non vegetarian items are not served, even eggs were missing from the menu. If possible, best avoid an overnight halt in Dhule.

This is great facility to stay in dhule especially with family. Little off the highway but opposite to railway station. Great food quality though bit expensive and excellent service. I received all orders within 10 min. Staff is very cordial and customer centric. Hotel policies are flexible to meet customer needs. It's great value for money. However they provide water bottles only on demand and if requested at reception. If you order packaged water bottle at room service it is charged to your bill. I suggest hotel management to provide at least 1 water bottle per room or provide free RO water jars in the room. Rest everything is great.

Found this hotel well above expectations, top tier among 3 stars. Well maintained and quality rooms. Hotel houses a veg restaurant also by name Jalpaan, top quality food along great presentation and service. Totally impressed.

A Pleasant Stay at this hotel We recently had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel in Dhule. The rooms were exceptionally clean, neat, and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The jalpaan food was truly outstanding, with a delectable array of flavors and high-quality ingredients. However, we were slightly disappointed with the complimentary breakfast, which could have been improved. Despite this minor drawback, our overall experience at this hotelwas fantastic. In a city like Dhule, this hotel stands out as the best place to stay, offering a combination of comfort, service, and delicious food.

Pathetic behaviour by hotel. I booked one day stay at this property through @Agoda. When I reached the property location late evening, I was told that my booking has been cancelled. They cancelled my booking without even informing me. I was left stranded with my family If you are booking stay at this property please be careful.
