Hotel O Shri Sai Niwara Lodge

I booked 1 room through OYO application and payment also paid through online. So, when we reached there they said like their hotel is already full and you can cancel your booking and said like ''if you want room then you have to pay here now and we will manage one room for you''. We said we have already paid and booked room but they said like we don't know and didn't agree on that. And their hotel manager didn't talk properly with us. After some discussion we left the hotel and didn't receive our money from hotel and OYO appointment as well. Also, I will say, booking with OYO application is not a good option. At the end, worst and horrible experience we had there. So, never visit this hotel. Thanks!

Third class hotel. Rooms, washroom are totally unhygienic, no water, no soap, no restaurant nearby, will not recommend for any family person. Also the cost of stay booked was Rs.1971, but when arriving at the hotel, the person charged for Rs.2300. and I had to pay this extra money coz hotel person said you have to pay this one only. Also the location of this lodge is very poor and will not find any other option. Too much dust and traffic due to trucks all around.Will not recommend for any one with family.

I recently stayed o Shri sai niwara while traveling from Indore and unfortunately had a very negative experience. * The bathroom conditions were extremely poor, resembling a public toilet, broken WC. * The bed mattress was uncomfortable with uneven surfaces and springs poking through. * The hotel manager was unhelpful and uncooperative. * Basic amenities like free water bottles and luggage assistance were lacking.

This place is on Agra Mumbai highway away from any joint to even have a tea or pure veg restaurant, had to walk 1.5 km at night for food. No complimentary breakfast, complimentary tea only after 9am. Was issued a room on top floor on far end when all rooms on 1st floor were empty, and hall lights on top floor were deliberately witched off as cost cutting measure, it doesn't have lift. Room was ok though dirty, but bathroom was like public toilet very dirty & shabby, no bath towels & no bathing soap or hand wash provided. Wont recommended to anyone, unless you are out of choice or looking for place next to highway to hop on early morning.

The Bed has Springs Poking Out, The one purpose of a hotel is to give you rest, got it for 1260 on oyo, but its like a 600 rupee hotel or worse, only reason was that, I did not want to spend time on highway

Not recommended. The receptionist was telling us we can not provide an AC room to you even if I had an AC room booking. He was showing his phone saying my owner had said via message not to provide AC rooms. After the argument, he agreed but denied giving the AC remote saying we have a universal remote & we can not give you that. He set the temperature & left. Dirty Rooms, No management.

DEAR ALL, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL, NO ROOM SERVICE, DIRTY ROOMS, DIRTY BEDS AND ATMOSPHERE IS LIKE DAARO KA ADDA. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME ALSO VERY DANGEROUS TO HEALTH. DON'T LIKE AT ALL AND ALSO PEOPLE ARE SO ILL MANNERED.

Worst worst worst rooms, better to sleep on road side rather than sleeping in this room and bathrooms are worst than public toilets
