Hotel O city center

Don't ever book this Hotel useless staff and taking the booking but not giving rooms. Not recommended at all.

3rd class rooms..the employees roam around on 2 wheeler at night searching for customers and trap you... Toilets are worse and unhygenic....the toilets have no seat covers...and they demand money which they don't refund and become aggressive

I booked a room at a certain price through Agoda. At the time of check in, they said that rooms are not available at that price, and demanded extra Rs 900 for it. They said Agoda is fraudulent, which is clearly not the case, as it is used by thousands of customers everyday. As it was midnight and we had to check in, we needed to pay Rs 300 more than the price Agoda had listed. Overall, a dishonest place. Try to avoid this at all costs.

I paid Oyo 103 rs as pre-booking amount for two rooms. I also had communication with hotel reception and he said it's ok, we have ur booking, but he was rude on call. Then when we reach there at the hotel with family. He said we have no room for you. When I said we paid Oyo for this. He said never pay them they are fraud.

Manager refused to check in using Oyo . He has asked extra money from us. We have asked dealer if he is accepting oyo bookings, on the phone he has accepted Oyo booking but when we reach hotel he denied. After some discussion he has charged 200 rs extra and gave us room, then he asked my mobile and cancelled Oyo booking from my device. Very worst experience

Horrible place and staff. - Let us stay in a "room" with no toilet - when asked where is the washroom *told me to use the building rooftop as toilet!* because the washroom is locked with no key. Kept saying "yes there are toilet! It's just locked".. - There was a *camera* in the room! When told the manager about it - he lied and said that it's not working, but we saw it live in the reception! - The manager *opened the room window from the outside* and did not give any privacy. - only later I saw a review talking about them peeping inside the room ): - didn't give bed sheets

Don't go to this hotel. They will ask extra money after booking amount. They will not professional hotel. Oyo shows 450rs for hotel but they ask for the 1000 at midnight when I reached 9.00 PM. So be careful they fraud

WORST EXPERIENCE I ever had at Oyo hotel. It's my honest advice plz avoid visit this hotel at any cost. Reasons 1. Very wiered and unprofessional behaviour of hotel staff particularly Aamer (the hotel receptionist) 2. They switched off the AC in midnight and said we can't solve the issue now 3. Worst condition of commod toilet with broken seat when I complained for the same the boy Aamer demanded Rs 1000 extra for the room with good commod seat 4. The hotel boys vl keep disturbing in night too (I visited there with my wife)
