Golden Leaf Resort

Booked via ease my trip, reception staff is cooperative. However, the restaurant situated on first floor has bad service, dishonest approach. The food menu are shared via a QR code which is given in each room and in the same the price of Poha was mentioned as Rs 90, while the hotel charged Rs 126 citing that it is masala poha and the menu from QR code are not valid. When I raised this issue with online booking agency, the hotel promptly changed the price of the menu to Rs 120, totally unethical. I did have the photo of previous prices saved for reference. Also, after dining the bill was close to Rs 700 but few rupees less, the staff did not return the change and had to be asked for the same. The explanation received was "no change available". Restaurant staff needs to be disciplined.

The hotel is located on the Mumbai-Indore highway and close to the city entry point. Rooms are good and clean. The bed was a bit too soft but not uncomfortable. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant and the food was good. The only issue that we faced was with the hot water in the bathroom. Once the hot water starts coming, we could not control the temperature (probably an issue with the hot-cold water mixer). The quality of the towels could also be improved.

Not recommended At All (Be aware from paid promotion) The rooms were unclean, and I even spotted lizards inside. The washroom had major hygiene issues. The hotel staff were unfriendly and lacked basic etiquette when dealing with guests. There was no morning tea or coffee service either. Overall, too many problems - it's best to avoid this hotel.

This was our transit stay as we were driving from Mumbai to Delhi. The hotel I'm located right on the highway which saves time and is very convenient.|We booked the suite which was clean and spacious with basic amenities like toiletries and tea coffee station. |We ordered room service for dinner which was prompt and the food was just like home cooked. |The checkin and check out were also quick . ||The breakfast can be better though the coffee was nice

It's a GEM in dhule . Reception is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable clean and very well designed. Top notch facilities for normal stay or business meets. Food is great , served on time. If you happen to have to stay in dhule this is the place. PS - trust me I have tried other places as well...this is the best

Nice hotel, very close to Bombay-Agra Highway. Very economical as well. All was good except the rooms, specially the mattresses. Bathroom was also not well maintained, had foul smell throughout.

Stopped here for a break during our journey from Ujjain to Mumbai. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant. The service and staff behavior need serious improvement, as they were quite unprofessional and rude. Initially, we were told the food would be ready in 10 minutes, but it ended up taking 20-25 minutes. Unfortunately, the taste didn't make up for the wait. I ordered black coffee, but it was disappointing. Hopefully, other dishes are better, but the ones I tried weren't up to the mark.

It will not be right if I rate the stars by comparing it to hotels of brands or hotels in metro cities. I would say that this is a good hotel for overnight break if u are on a road trip and want to halt at Dhule. The rack rate of around 8k seems to be a bit steep though I got a good deal from make my trip
