Booked on their website but had to follow up to get the confirmation email. Being on the highway it's around Rs400-500 more than the lodges which I regularly use in the city. As both were full I chose this. Got the room at 12:10pm as cleaning was underway. Room was clean, but towel was missing. They gave soon after I told. Hot water was disappointing. It wasn't hot, just barely lukewarm (at 7:45am). TV channels are good. Parking is on the premises and saw 14 cars parked, as well as bikes. Petrol pump, tea and restaurants are next door.

All the services are very good they give tv with a jio set up box but there is one thing they don't give the service of wifi

Worst app goibibo and worst hotel.. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Dwarka, Dhule. I booked a room online through Goibibo and paid in advance. However, upon arrival, I was made to wait unnecessarily for confirmation. To make matters worse, the staff insisted I cancel the booking and rebook the room at a lower price directly with them, which felt unprofessional and unethical. Additionally, they charged extra for two children, which was not mentioned at the time of booking, along with some other unexplained charges. This created unnecessary stress and left a bad impression. The service was poor, and the overall experience was highly frustrating. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting transparency, professionalism, or good customer service.

Extremely Disappointing experience I recently stayed at Dwarka lodge at Dhule and it was a truly unpleasant experience. The biggest issue was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. They were not only unhelpful but also appeared disinterested in assisting guests. When I asked for basic information or help, they seemed annoyed and made me feel unwelcome. The hygiene standards were also appalling. The room was not clean at all--there were stains on the bed linens, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was far from hygienic. It was evident that proper cleaning was not a priority here, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Furthermore, essential amenities were missing. There was no bottled water provided in the room, which is a basic requirement, especially considering the price I paid. I had to go out of my way to get something as simple as water, which added to my frustration. I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Dwarka lodge Dhule and would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor staff behavior, and failure to meet even the most basic expectations make it a hotel I will not be returning to.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom flush from other rooms seemed to affect ours, and the bedsheets were stained and clearly not cleaned properly. No complimentary water bottles were provided, and when asked, we were told they were chargeable. Toothpaste wasn't available either, with staff saying the shop opens only after 9 AM. To top it off, the reception staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decent place for a short stop or overnight stay as it is on Mumbai-Indore highway

We stopped overnight. The rooms are average maintained and justify the value charged. Conveniently located on the service road along Mumbai-Agra Highway/ Solapur Dhule National Highway. The hotel does not provide food service. However you can eat from nearby restaurants.

No cleanliness...no service at all....not recommended to any one!
